I had no choice to call they did nice job recovered it, but they asked them old burned food back. Yes the call center called and asked for. I told them due to health and safety they are not supposed to take it, becuse the owner is a cheap and does not know the law how to ran a business. I feel bad for people who works for him or her. I will bring that to the head office for sure, unless they fix the issues.
I’m writing to share an experience that deeply upset my family and me at your restaurant on January 10, 2026 at 9:04pm
We ordered food, and afterward I learned that the fries were cooked in beef oil. Because my kids are vegetarian, they couldn’t eat it, so I calmly asked for a reorder or a refund. Instead of understanding, the employee became loud and hostile toward me.
When I asked to speak to a manager, she refused. I then asked if the way we were being treated like this is it because we’re vegetarian, and she said yes.
This all happened in front of my wife and our two very young daughters (ages 2 and 3). They were frightened, and my wife felt targeted and humiliated. No family should ever be made to feel this way when simply trying to buy food.
I’m reaching out because I believe this situation deserves attention. I would like a refund, an apology, and reassurance that this kind of behavior will not happen again.
Thank you for listening.
I’m writing because of a very upsetting experience my family and I had at your restaurant on: January/10/2026. 9:04pm
After ordering our food, I later found out that the fries were cooked in beef oil. Since my kids are vegetarian they couldn’t eat it, so I asked her to remake it for me or a refund and she said no.
I asked to speak with a manager, but she wouldn’t allow that either. At one point, I asked why she was treating us this way and whether it was because my wife wears a hijab. She responded “yes.”
My wife and our two small daughters, who are only 2 and 3 years old, were there with me. The situation made them feel scared and very uncomfortable, which was heartbreaking for me as a parent.
We didn’t go there expecting anything special—just basic respect. I hope you take this seriously. I would appreciate a refund and a response explaining how this will be addressed so no other family experiences this.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Vishav was very friendly and kind even helped me with the food selection.
