Just ordered a dinner box. Came in all separate boxes, which wouldn’t have been an issue, but the pizza tasted DISGUSTING Like rotten dough.
As a parent, I am always last to eat so it wasn’t until it was too late when I took my first bite. Not only does it taste nasty, but you can smell the rotten as well.!! I have never had this issue before!

Pretty sad how far Pizza Hut has fallen.
Ordered 2 pizzas, a Big New Yorker and a large Taco. Not sure how they do it in New York, but a thin crust pizza with no sauce probably ain’t it. The taco wasn’t much better, the outer 1/3 of the pizza was just crust and really hard & chewy. Oddly, the warmest thing that came in the order was the sour cream even though both pizzas had been sitting in a warmer for almost 2 hours (we ordered delivery but they use Door Dash drivers so they have to wait for them). Also didn’t receive everything ordered, the Door Dash driver just dropped the pizzas and left – didn’t even ring the doorbell.
Chatted on the app and was offered free pizza but declined….. why would I want more of that? Never ordering again.

Horrible experience. Ordered 2 large pizzas, breadsticks, cheese sticks, and multiple sauces. Order arrived and there were 2 medium pizzas, half done breadsticks, no cheese sticks, and only 2/6 sauces. Called to possibly have the cheese sticks redelivered since they didn’t arrive the first time, and they sent 2 more orders of breadsticks. The driver then tried to collect an additional $20 for the breadsticks (that were supposed to be cheese sticks). I called back to the location to try and get a full refund for the order and was told only food credit could be given, no refunds. The worker told me that refunds cannot be done without the GM, who was currently on sick leave, so it would not be an option for me. Very disappointed in the service, attention to detail, and quality control.

Another horrendous experience with the worst Pizza Hut on the planet.
Placed an order for breadsticks and cheesesticks. The order was 30mins late, so I called. Naturally, no one there picked up, so I got routed to customer service. Customer service was excellent. They attempted to call the store and had just as much luck as I had. Then they emailed the store telling them to call me with an update on my order.
No one ever called. No delivery was made. I doubt the food was even made, with how poorly this location is managed. The order tracker disappeared from the app like it never even happened.
Ended up getting food from a competitor who shall remain nameless – but I gotta say, they’ve got better ingredients, better pizza, Papa J- oops.

Our recent order from this location was a total disappointment. The cheese pizzas were dry and chewy, the veggie lovers pizza was undercooked, and the chicken wings were simply tossed in sauce instead of being baked like they should be at Pizza Hut.

I’ve gone to this pizza hut a few times now and all I see is a manager who doesn’t know how to treat or support her staff! I’ve heard the way she speaks to them! Rude! And today she only has one person running the place, doing Everything alone and she’s enjoying her day off. Do better!

Zero customer service/greeting upon walking in. Guy working the counter just stared at me as I entered, told him I ordered online for pickup, then I tell him my name which he proceeds to laugh at. Other guy in the back just stared at me. Guy gets my order from the back and when I arrived home and opened it, the pizza was cold, seemed like it was made hours before, and the crust was sort of stale or like they used old/freezer burnt dough. The marinara sauce had an odd sweet taste that I could only describe as grape jelly. Disgusting taste. And the pizza wasn’t cut properly, so it tore as you’re trying to get a slice. I’ve eaten Pizza Hut my entire life, and this was the grossest, cold pizza I’ve ever ordered. It was for carry out, and I left my house a minute after ordering, and I live 15 min from the store. Somehow the pizza was cold when I got home, again only 15min from the store. Awful pizza and customer service.

If you order from here, you will be receiving a delivery from doordash at doordash prices. Half of our order was missing or made incorrectly and no one at Pizza Hut or Doordash would assist to fix this. I received INEDIBLE food. Its cold and not what I ordered or paid for.

I scheduled a delivery of 2 large pizzas for 6:30 pm on the app. I also paid and added tip on the app. I keep getting notifications that the delivery was being postponed. Every time I checked it would be moved back a few minutes. About 20 minutes after the food was supposed to be delivered, they called me and said they didn’t have any large pizza crust so they would make me 4 medium pizzas. Fine, but please hurry because the order is already very late. Eventually a door dash driver, even though we didn’t order from door dash, shows up with one large pizza and one medium pizza. Not the two larges I paid for. I called them and was told they are putting my pizzas in the oven as we speak. I told her the driver is already here with the wrong sized pizzas. She told me she is making the correct pizzas but it was too late and I didn’t trust them to follow through so I asked her to cancel the order and refund my money. She promised she would. She never did and the charge was never refunded. Really disappointing.
