The morning crew at this location is fantastic! They are cheerful, accommodating, and fun. I get coffee for myself or my office most weekdays. They know my name and genuinely ask about my day. I’ve been there when the line is 10 plus cars deep or it’s just me. The same amazing service every time. Thank you Starbucks weekday morning crew. You knock it out of the park!

Worst Starbucks ever. They never make your drink right. Then they give you broken lids. You literally cannot make this up. We asked for different lids and they gave us small ones that didn’t fit the cup. No one wants to go up to an establishment a third time for another correction. There was a different time we went and we asked for extra inclusions, but it looked like they didn’t add any extra scoops at all.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. Don’t order more than 3 drink and don’t show up early for a mobile order – they apparently get attitudes! Making your customers circle the drive thru multiple times because YOU decided they were last priority is a problem. Tipped 10 dollars for some girl to roll eyes and laugh at her customers when they ask a question.
Been going to this Starbucks for years and I will NOT be back. With a Starbucks on every corner I’m sure I’ll find better customer service elsewhere.

Went in this morning 8/29 about 640am and the lady in the window was so rude! Talked to me like I was stupid and I don’t know why but this location always try’s to NOT give you the simple things like a sleeves, stoppers, napkins. Annoying that you have to even ask for those type of things.
