I’ve been to this location before, but this was my first time ordering inside. Got myself a Frappuccino, protein box, ham/swiss croissant, 2 pesto/mozzarella sandwiches & 2 cake pops (my mom & I already ate those cake pops cuz the frosting was melting).

Staff was friendly, including the guy that helped me with my order & getting the correct size for my drink (I forgot your name; I’m sorry).

I’ll definitely be back; Happy Holidays!!!!

I never write reviews but my experience this morning completely ruined my mood. First off we placed our order 10-15 min ahead of time we still waited another 10-15 min before they started them once we got there. When it was finally ready a worker was in front of me leaving and saw me carrying 2 drinks and 2 food items and let the door literally slam in my face and it hit the drinks and spilled matcha down my clothes leg and shoes as they preceded to just walk away and not care. This isn’t my first experience recently where the workers seem very rude starbucks needs to figure this out.

We went to Starbucks to buy 50 gift cards. The barista was nice and willing, but the manager must have thought we asked to have them hand-grind every coffee bean in house as they said they could only do 25 because loading cards was “too much.”

Very festive to say “no” for trying to spend money on holiday gift cards. At a place that sells… gift cards.

Five stars for comedy.
One star for Starbucks math.

It’s your typical Starbucks… which is good because they are consistent. It’s still very new and they have made some mistakes with my orders before, but that’s to be expected with a new place. Be patient, they are learning also! If they have made a mistake in the past, they have always been quick to fix it with a smile and an apology. They also get online orders out super fast. All and all no real complaints really!

This location is outrageously slow!

We’ve been many times and it’s like a 20+ min wait EVERY time to the point we just stop coming. And, the drinks are so bad I can’t even drink them. I hate to say that but I used to go to Sbux daily and I’ve never had a location this slow and bad quality. Sharing this review so that they hopefully fix this location. There are clearly multiple issues here. ☹️

Most Starbucks have long lines but move pretty quickly. Not this one.

I use the drive though, If a certain person is working, she remembers my face and car and already has my order before I can tell it to her, she is so friendly and a key employee to your staff. I hope you recognize this person and treat her very well…

Although the workers are very nice – the flow of the store is chaos. I had to wait 30 mins for two drinks. They had no idea what was going on- chose to get the people in the drive through instead of people in the building. Our food was cold by the time we got the drinks.

My best Starbucks visit in a long time! I was there 2/4/25 at 11:30a. The staff was so friendly and working very efficiently together. The gentleman on cafe register (I think his name was Ray or Jay) was a rockstar. So kind and hardworking. He even used a thermometer to check the half and half on the cafe bar for a guest. I was very impressed with this team and location. Keep up the good work y’all!

I always enjoy Starbucks, it’s Starbucks. It’s my favorite study spot just because I like the atmosphere and I always have a Starbucks gift card, which is nice. I feel like it’s kind of overpriced, but I do always enjoy the caramel ribbon Frappuccino. Other than that, I would highly recommend.
