I must say, I stopped in to this location around a year ago and was very disappointed. Today, I decided to give it another shot and I was pleasantly surprised. Having worked in pizza nearly my entire life, the pizza has improved. It’s not the best but it is very good for the price point. The store is very clean and modern and the person behind the counter was pleasant. I can see me coming back.

This review is for their Gluten Free Pizza. The place smells amazing and everyone else liked their food, but the gluten free pizza is by far the worst gluten free pizza I have ever had. The crust is super thin and tastes like a generic saltine crackers. You would be better off buying a store bought frozen pizza. It is hard enough finding places to eat gluten free, but this is not the place.

I should have read recent reviews before ordering but I ordered a cheesesteak and chicken wrap and both came out not good. There were pieces of bone/chewy chicken in the wrap and cheesesteak was very dry. Since the change in ownership, the quality of food is not as good as it used to be.

Absolutely ridiculous on delivery. I called around 530 pm and placed an order for delivery. I was told 40 minutes. I called back at 630 for an update and was brushed off before being told it was out for delivery. I called again at 650 and told them it had been almost an hour and half and still hadn’t gotten my food. I live 5 minutes away. Even when I lived 2 minutes away they still couldn’t do a delivery on time. I have ordered from other restaurants that were farther away and gotten my food faster then Palermo’s. Y’all need to do better with delivery.

Absolutely disgusted with this establishment and their lack of service. My family is now out of Christmas Eve dinner that was ordered and paid for because these people cannot reach out to let anyone know they are closing early. Not a phone call, not even a text..an email that went to spam…pathetic at best!! And for anyone interested, the doors are wide open. Nothing is locked! The owners should be embarrassed.

The cheese pizza is very hit n miss. Not sure if they are switching up vendors to penny pinch? Stick with what works! I find the dough to be cheap and guey, with just a spec of sauce. I’m so tired for paying these pizza joints top dollar for poor quality. I’m done with palermos, disappointed more often that pleased. Ohhh. Get rid of the iceberg and replace with some spring mix greens n real veggies….people try to eat healthier these days! Merry xmas!

We have ordered take out from here 3 times. Each time the experience is worse and worse. It takes an hour and half-two hours to get your food delivered. One time they forgot an entire pizza and had to go back and get it. Another time they took so long they said the driver brought the food to the wrong house which was not true. This last time was the worst I ordered 1 grandmas pizza and waited almost two hours. Called twice first they said the driver was on the way. I live 10 mins from there, waited 30 minutes no food. Called and the said the driver was in a car accident. Then the driver finally came and said he was behind an accident not in an accident. He told us it would be no charge for the pizza. That was a lie they still charged my account. Mind you I ordered on a Thursday at 440 in the afternoon, so it was not very busy. The food didn’t come until 645 and the pizza was cold and dry like it looked as if it was sitting for two hours.

My family had ordered here for delivery. My mother-in-law decided to share her chicken wrap with me. My second bite into the sandwich I felt something very hard in my mouth. Turns out there was a white plastic clip. Yes, those clips on the end of bread bags in my chicken wrap. Absolutely insane. What if my child had this wrap and choked? Crazy.
