Yesterday counter person was very short on patience while I thought abut ordering.. also the owner has to replace the glass over the slices… its old blurry due to many micro- scratches. Way overdue!… can’t even tell what’s what. Amateur counter helpers … wearing glasses /microscope can’t show you what’s for sale. Extremely stupid.. until that’s replaced I’ll be going to four different places in commack.. its very disappointing that a manager or the owner hasn’t commented on this. Please replace your glass counter so US the customers can see the types of slices etc .. its ridiculous. People have to ask the counter help what each slice is-! How about just blackening out all the glass so we can’t see anything ! Lol.. also got bad food there in the past and had to go back… saw another review here about rude service and that’s very true.. I believe most of these reviews that are four stars and five stars are misleading…like I said counter peope they talk to each n seem angry when u ask for something.. the big guy is the true worst… literally show annoyance when I was pondering what to get. … and he swayed me away from heating up a second slice while the first one was just coming out of oven… fire this guy!!! Or don’t have him deal with customers!!

So, I tried this new spot downtown, and let me tell you, the food was seriously next level. Everything tasted so fresh, especially the greens in my salad. The main dish was a masterpiece, cooked to perfection with flavors that just exploded in my mouth. Even the dessert, which I usually skip, was a delightful surprise and a perfect end to the meal. I’m already planning my next visit to explore more of their menu.

Specifically, you timely delivered four piping hot half trays of assorted pasta’s and wraps, loaves of your amazing bread and utensils. Went for dinner on a busy Saturday night. Waited a few minutes and were seated. We tried the brick oven pizza which was delicious, our server very pleasant. Dinner we ordered salads and pastas which were very large and delicious, topped off by tartufo for dessert. Plenty of parking, good location

We order frequently from Spuntinos, tonight they prepared the wrong food on our pick up order and when I asked for a refund they gave me a hard time telling me it is policy to just give a store credit. Customer service was awful. Just apologize for the mistake and offer the customer a refund for the item.

Absolutely Horrible – Burnt Pizza, Rude Service, and a Waste of Time!
I had one of the worst dining experiences at this place, and I will never be coming back. After waiting an entire hour for my food, I was served a pizza that was completely burnt and dry. It was so overcooked that it was practically inedible. When I politely brought it to the server’s attention, expecting at least an apology or an offer to fix it, she just shrugged and told me, “It comes like that.” Excuse me? Since when is burnt, dried-out pizza the standard? That response alone showed me they clearly don’t care about their food or their customers.
On top of the awful food, the customer service was just as bad. The woman serving me was incredibly rude, barely acknowledged me, and acted like I was a burden just for being there. She had a terrible attitude the entire time, and when it came time to pay, she stood there clearly expecting a big tip. When I didn’t tip her for her horrible service, she shot me a nasty look, as if I was the problem.
Between the long wait, the disgusting food, and the unprofessional attitude of the staff, this place is an absolute joke. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers and knows how to make a decent pizza.
