I had an issue with redeeming a gift card that was gifted to me from a company Christmas party. It was brought to the owner’s attention (Chad). He quickly resolved the issue, unfortunately I still had to come out of pocket for the cost of the tab (update to their system was the issue). He did offer to make it up with the same amount for free bowling. Which did save the experience. Good drinks and Good service.

The service sucks here!! 30 minutes before waiter brought me a menu. Another 30 minutes for my drink and waiter never came back to take my order. No excuse, only 10 customers. Only reason why I stayed was my family was bowling.
