Nice little bar. Had quite a few TVs to watch Games on. Seemed like a Local Bar with the regulars. Was very welcoming when I came in. Got the Philly Cheesteak which was real good as well! Open 24 Hrs

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Hidden Gem! Angel is a Wizard in the Kitchen!
If you haven’t been to Coach’s Bar and Grill yet, you are seriously missing out. This place is hands down my new favorite spot. The food is incredible—Angel, the cook, is an absolute mad scientist back there! Everything that comes out of that kitchen is creative and delicious.
On top of the food, the service is outstanding. Everyone is friendly and attentive without hovering. The beer selection is also top-tier with plenty of great options on tap.
It’s the perfect spot to park yourself on a Sunday for football. Great vibes, cold beer, and amazing food. You literally can’t go wrong here. Come on in!

I love this bar, friendly service, good gaming and good drinks. But I have to mention the biscuits and gravy breakfast. It’s soooooo good! If you live biscuits and gravy you will enjoy these. The gravy is so tasty and flavorful that you can put it on a shingle and it would be amazing. Good thing they put it on a soft biscuits. Please pop in and order you some. If you like cigars order a drink, walk next door and light one up.

The bartender Ashley! Gets so drunk that she forgets that you paid your tab and tipped her a bunch. Makes you feel like nothing and now has made me not ever want to go there again! Do NOT go there when she is there. The owner needs to realize. Not ok and not fair. I had it out with her and patrons of that bar that tried to protect her knowing I paid my tab plus tipped her way over 50$. Real!!! Thank you for the others that protected me on the way out.

Want to be clear here. Day and swing shift here are great. If you patronize Coach’s on day or swing shift you will have a great time with great service. Dave, Ashlee, and Katy will take great care of you! Good people.
My beef comes on the graveyard shift. Dale….. your graveyard bartender/cook. However, he don’t “cook”. He won’t even give you a menu. Yet this joint is advertised as a 24 hour kitchen.
He told me first time “don’t order anything “fancy” I already cleaned the kitchen”
My bad bro, didn’t realize fried shrimp was fancy.
As I put $50 in the machine.
He actually comes back and says, “I’ll do a burger or chicken strips, that’s it”
Ok Dale, I’ll take my $1500 a month somewhere else. Great customer service pal.
It’s no biggie to me.
I know the owner is Mr. Everitt.
I’m in the casino business. I have interaction with 100 people any given day.
I will make it a point to bring up your establishment to as many people as I can.
If I was a bad customer I would never write this. However, this is the first and only review I have ever written. That’s how bad I was treated. AND I AM A GOOD TIPPPER!!! Always take care of the bar and cooks!!! Ask Ashlee , Katy…hell even Dale!
I am in complete shock at how I was treated…..straight shock!
It’s all good though Mr. Everitt. I was at your establishment and you were there. You didn’t talk to me. You sent Ashlee back out and said you would talk to Dale.
Major mistake pal.
I am taking personal ownership of speaking the truth on your place.
It’s a mission now on me.
I’m 52 years old, Vegas casino guy. Now retired Reno casino guy.
Working for fun, but I deal with Reno money daily.
It’s real simple, I will now work into every conversation I have how Dale treats your good customers.
I will make sure every big dollar customer from Sac or the Bay Area that asks me for a good sports bar in town knows of JOX or Beaver, anywhere but Coach’s. And that will be my selling point.
All have average food and TV’s, but Coach’s on grave you will have a guy named Dale, and he is an absolute jerk. I have MANY other recommendations. Again, as an old school Nevada guy I was in absolute shock at how I was treated in your establishment.
Again, go talk to Aslee and Katy on day and swing shift. I’m so easy and generous.
And Dale is a liability to your net worth. And it’s now a personal mission for me to never send another customer to your place.

You will not walk in and feel welcomed. It was the second time going and the first time we went we gave a tip just about the same as what we spent, approximately 30.00 on food and tip $25. Second time going in the bartender from the time we walked in was giving extremely bad looks and came across as a possible biker type. Nice to the regulars and not to people who live close by trying to find somewhere to spend some money. So we did not tip well the second time and will not be going back. Blows my mind they are not trying to compete with how much service the bar across the street gets. live and learn. Honestly the food’s not good anyway.

Coach’s Grill and Sports Bar is coming up on 20 years of business in Northern Nevada. Matt and his team work hard every day to ensure your drink order(s) will be ready when you show up. Their kitchen is an underrated gem in the area. They make so many items from scratch. From their soups to their chicken strips and so much more, the food served here is designed to keep you coming back.
If it’s been a minute since you’ve been to Coach’s, perhaps it’s time to renew that relationship. If you’re a regular, you know exactly what I’m talking about.

Great service. Mike at the bar took good care of us. Ordered breakfast which they serve all day. Lots of TV’s for football and basketball. They have 2 dart boards!
