This is our daily dunkin that has become worse and worse. Ordered two drinks but when arrived at the window they didn’t have the ingredients for the drinks. They offered a different drink which was fine but was ~$2 less then what I had paid. Asked for hashbrowns or something to make up for the loss. The hashbrowns they gave were mushed and had a long black hair in it. Absolutely disgusting and will not be returning

This Dunkin’ is very efficient! I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was super quick and smooth drive thru order. I got a strawberry donut, an avocado toast and a small chocolate shake. Everything was great and it was quick! The parking lot is def another issue as the shopping strip itself is awkward but I had a great experience.

Very polite staff. But for some reason I feel everytime I order an iced coffee it appears they use hot coffee over ice? Which leaves me with a very watered down mix and as well, very few ice chips up top. I don’t understand this logic

If you go here and use drive thru you will have to wait a long time to get if there’s one car ahead of you there’s no sense of urgency from the people working there they have no system in making it quick service at all they just don’t care and even after you pull up they take payment then have you wait and it ridiculous . I go here since it’s close to my job and if you not running late you will end up running late unless you have atleast spare 15 minutes to waste waiting on them .

As a Canadian, I must say I am not a huge fan of the coffee and donuts at dunkin I prefer my tim hortons and Starbucks BUT my absolute favorite thing at dunkin is the Avocado toast, 10/10. Customer service is okay, typical for any other fast food place.

Everytime i order there my drink is perfect, I often times order ahead on the app and it’s always ready when i pick it up.
The three young nice guys working at 5.30pm on 3/16 were all so nice and wonderful, I only ordered ice cream but they were so helpful with my order and efficient.

Dec 4 stop for two coffees and egg cheese on bagel, everything was perfect, two girls behind counter were very pleasant. Store clean.
