Done with this location and not sure how they stay open. I am a very understanding person and rarely write reviews. Always have preferred Pizza Hut but this location is constantly a let down with zero attention to detail. Wrote a review to corporate on my last poor experience and never received the $20 credit the manager claimed would be added to my account. Gave it one more chance today and the personal pan pizzas were once again sloppily cut. Not a huge deal but annoying to fix myself for small kiddos that need manageable sizes. The breadsticks are horrendous and not even edible. Last time there was zero cinnamon on the cinnamon sticks and today once again no seasoning on the regular breadsticks. Absolutely pathetic for $7. In the trash and will never try them again. Fast food drive thru has more consistent quality.

Very disappointed, not what I was expecting. The super supreme I ordered was not super supreme, 1st it’s missing the green bell pepper and there was not that much veggies on the pizza itself. Mozzarella sticks were too burnt. I paid $40 worth of food to receive this only not worth my $40.

I hate to give bad Google reviews but the pizza was cut every which way that he chose. I opened it to put parmesan cheese on and showed it to him and I asked him did you just cut it however you want it? And he laughed and said yes. And I stated to him, well this is your review this is terrible.

I’m always pretty happy when I eat Pizza Hut regardless of the location but I got to admit it’s a little disappointing when my apartment is located not even 10 miles away from their store but they will only travel 5 miles.
Because of that the service is way down for this specific location. Otherwise it would have been a five-star all the way.

Should have looked at the pizza before i left so that is my fault. But after getting home and opening the pizza I was met with this beauty. They are also “completing” orders that are pre paid before they are actually complete to save their own tail and make it seem like they are doing a good job, when clearly there are issues that need to be worked on.

Stopped on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Haven’t been to the Hut in a long while. Ordered a hut box, personal pizza with a side of boneless wings. Wings were tasty and actually seemed to be chicken. Pizza hit the spot. Reasonably priced at 6.99. Person at counter was pleasant. The seating area floor needed a quick pickup or sweep and thr entry door needs a cleaning. Will return

Ordered online and food was ready in a jiffy, for pick up. Cheesy bread sticks were a bit overdone, but this is a first. Staff was very friendly. Interior of store looks great. I’ve some downloaded the app, and think I’ll try using that instead next time.

I ordered a medium supreme specialty pizza. It had no peppers on it, and very little other toppings. Sometimes I thought I was eating a cheese pizza. Whoever cut my pizza it looked liked a 1st grader cut it. One piece was huge while another piece was so small 2-3 bites. Very disappointed in the pizza felt it didn’t stand up to pizza hut standards.

This was by far the best pizza experience I’ve had. The staff was not upset with me when I wasn’t happy with my order, and management made it right. Even though I was being overly critical of lack of attention to detail in my order they were well composed and polite the whole way through. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
