Just placed an order for pick up asked for 2 pizzas square cut got this. Asked for mozzarella sticks which is supposed to get a marinera dipping sauce didn’t have it and they tasted weird. And one pizza crust seemed undercooked. Called the store and didn’t get a response.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I have never had a worse pizza shopping experience than I have here. Just to be ready, I placed my order online the night before. When I arrived at the store at the agreed pickup time, the cashier met me with instant attitude and looked at me like I was from another planet when I told her I had an online order. Immediately said they don’t have it and offered no explanation or further assistance. I asked if I ordered right there how long it would take to get my pizza, she told me up to an hour. They weren’t even busy. I walked out. Called up Westmont and within 15 minutes had my exact order in my hands. After reading the reviews of this place, I see that I’m not alone. The lazy staff at this restaurant seem to only accept walk in orders, blatantly ignoring the phone and all online orders. The workers are there for one thing – be present during their allotted hours to collect a paycheck. I’m glad I opted to pay in store when placing my online order, otherwise I would’ve been out almost $50. Long story short, avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. I have no idea how it is still in business and I will be escalating this to Pizza Hut corporate.

Didn’t know there was a Pizza Hut nearby until I came across this one. The pizza was pretty darn good the first two times I came here; however, this third visit will be our last. Ordered a pepperoni pizza online, went to pick it up and was told we still had a few minutes before it was ready. This was more than fine as we love our food fresh. Got home and our 6 year old was more than ready to dig in, as soon as we opened the box and picked up a slice we noticed a bug on one of the pepperoni slices. My husband stated that it was a burnt piece of pepperoni but after zooming in we both confirmed it to be a bug. I called in and informed John at the pizza hut store and he told me to bring it back in the morning for a refund and that he would speak to the manager Liz. I came in and the lady pictured below asked me to tell her what the issue was as “we can’t just refund people”. I explained and afterwards she laughed and said “idk where this came from but it wasn’t us, we don’t have bugs”. I then informed her of how I witnessed two males (one with a durag and boxers showing), both come from sitting outside the kitchen on their phones, go back into the kitchen without washing hands and without gloving up prepping dough. Her response was, “so, that bug ain’t come from us. We don’t have bugs”. I politely asked for my refund and stated that I just wouldn’t be back since even lack of basic hygiene is not concerning to her.
Stated all of that to say this… future customers of this location…..please check your food before leaving, you never know what may have crawled out of someone’s shirt.

This location urgently needs new management and staff. The level of incompetence is unacceptable, and the experience felt discriminatory and unprofessional. I placed an online order 13 hours in advance to ensure my pizza would be ready on time, yet when I arrived, the staff had no record or awareness of my order. That is completely unacceptable. Imagine if I had already paid online and they still had no idea my order existed. A business this disorganized should not be operating

I ordered the box special with a half pizza melt and 4 boneless wings for 6.99 one day. 3 days latera I ordered a full pizza melt and 4 wings for 8.99. Both days I received the same amount of food for both prices. I asked the lady was this a mistake because this time I ordered a full melt instead of a half. She said no, that is how they is trained to make the food for this box rather it’s a half or full.which is ridiculous because I’m paying more but getting the same food as the 6.99 special. I have reached out to the store multiple time to contact the manager about the situation but haven’t got a response.

Ordered online used my rewards for a free pizza and ordered order stuff as well my total with my free pizza was $19 and some change. Paid in the store the lady charged me $39 my free pizza wasn’t free and i lost the reward points on my account. She said there’s nothing she can do after I had to drive back to the store because she kept hanging up the phone every time i called. And she said she’s not able to give out any kind of refunds so I basically paid double for a “free” pizza SMH

Tell me why you can place an order online for delivery in 30 minutes and an hour later, no delivery. AND you can’t get anyone at the store location to answer the phone. You pretend to call and order a pizza and that department ALSO can’t get anyone to answer the phone. An hour and a half later I’m told that the location is closed for maintenance repairs. Love their food but terrible customer service. And not the first time something like this has happened at Broadview location. Thank goodness I didn’t use my credit card that they would have gladly charged. Get it together!

Avoid this store at any cost! My husband placed an order during a time that should not be too busy, around 3:30 in the afternoon. The food finally arrived and the driver refused to come to our door. Then, we received the wrong order, simple enough to fix, right? No, we have called their store 20+ times. No answer, someone picks up the phone then slams it down, over and over. We call and talk to the call room that takes the orders. After being on hold for 30 minutes, they “can’t help me” and I get transferred back to the store. Not only did the representative not stay on the the line, but it rings once then disconnects. We have gone back and forth with the phone center, but there’s nothing they can do. No one answers the phone at the store, and there’s nothing else to do but call and sit on hold, then the phone disconnects. If you are OK with whatever comes to your door, this is the location for you! The only way to get any resolution is to dispute the charges on the card with the bank. Do yourself a favor, avoid this location!
