This visit (weekday) was for an order (good for 12-16 pax) of their catering pack which includes 2 sides / 2 entrees / fortune cookies.

I arrived a little before 10:30 and thankfully, they accepted my order to be picked up at 12nn.
Food was and service from the counter staff and Esmeralda, who processed my order was 5-⭐.
Order was ready and packed when I arrived for pick-up.
Another 5⭐ service from Kevin who immediately offered to help bring the food to my car.
All staff that I interacted with were all polite, warm and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service.
Have to mention that on school days, lunch time, this branch can be a bedlam of students and other diners, so, patience and understanding has to follow.
I definitely will continue to be a returning diner/customer.

This restaurant is very disappointing. They never seem to have the full menu available every time I visit, several items are “not available.” On top of that, the portions they serve are small and don’t feel worth the price. Service might be okay, but the overall experience leaves you feeling like you didn’t get what you paid for. Definitely not a place I’d recommend unless they improve both consistency and portion sizes. My plate had barely any noodles. *sigh*

Place sucks man, they don’t know how to prioritize customers. There is obviously bad training in play. Instead of getting 4 people out of the East this person is alone making orders for something else. Tells us we have to wait 6 minutes and stands there like we’re going to turn around and leave I’m on lunch break and I’m definitely going to have to shovel good in my mouth. This happens often please train your staff in customer property.

We are regular customers here and usually have a good experience, but today’s visit for a take-out Family Pack was disappointing.
The person who helped me was very nice, which was appreciated. However, the quality and portions need improvement. The Beef and Broccoli was over 80% just broccoli with very little beef. Also, for a Family Pack meant for five people, we only received four fortune cookies, which was a minor disappointment for my children who like to share.
I hope these issues with portioning and attention to detail can be addressed soon.

I knew I should’ve thought twice about coming to this Panda Express the energy from the worker was really negative and did not seem like they knew what they were doing or cared about what they were doing. I don’t know if they heard me correctly or not. I got a bigger plate, and I only ended up receiving one entrée, and I also asked for rice and chow mein half-and-half and got chow mein. And lastly specifically asked for spring rolls and only got two orders of wontons. I would say just make sure your order is correct before leaving this drive thru.

Ive never left a bad review in my life but my experience today was genuinely so horrible I couldn’t hold back ordered through the drive through today after a long day after work for a quick bite to eat and Juan took my order with such a bad attitude I was so taken a back by this especially already having such a long day he was very impatient and had the nastiest attitude with me, I was told to park at the front of the store after paying because they were still cooking cooking teriyaki no problem I parked and waited for what seemed like forever only to be delivered the wrong item I was so annoyed and frustrated that I lost my appetite, never coming here again fix it.

I waited outside in the cold an hour after they were supposed to be open. They claimed they were short staffed yet had no problem working on a massive catering order that entire time.
God forbid you serve the two customers who actually are standing outside your restaurant waiting when it should have been opened for an hour.
Terrible service. Don’t say you’re open at a certain time but deny service to waiting customers in favor of an online order.

Man, should’ve looked at reviews and should’ve taken my gut instinct when it was filled and I mean filled with local HS kids. I decided, well noone was in the drive-thru, let me skip all those kids, well I got what I deserved I guess. Paid extra for the Black pepper steak x2 and tried the Blazing Bourbon Chicken with chow mein ………. received maybe 1 serving of the steak in the 2 plate box and the half an order of the bigger plate smaller take out box with the chicken ….. I should’ve taken a pic of that, but I didn’t. The beef was dry and not good and probably was old since most High Schoolers I wouldn’t think would pick it. As for the noodles, I saw on the receipt it said rice and sure enough, I got rice and when I brought it up to the person at the window they got irritated and gave me this , see pic, they wanted me to have rice. It stinks to write this because I do try and support Panda Express because of the owners values and how they take care of their employees but this is not a location I will be visiting again.

This place is terrible for quick orders. The service is extremely slow. I would not recommend going here if you’re wanting to quickly order food. Dedicate 30mins just for waiting in the drive through.

At this point just shut this place down. The in competent kids there can’t even listen to simple orders. Then when you call they want you to drive 20min back down to remake the food otherwise oh well.
