We’ve been going to Sushi Soba for years and it never disappoints. My go to is the Singapore mei fun, which is slightly curried and has a little bit of a kick.
I feel like any sushi or sashimi that you would get would taste fresh because that’s been our experience thus far.
While the restaurant is very small, and you may have a bit of a wait…. when you finally sit down, you will be treated to extremely large portions.
Every noodle dish can easily be shared between 2 to 3 people. The only dish that we have found could use some improvement is the fried rice, it’s a little on the bland side in my opinion (however my daughter really likes it).
The Matsu Set is very much worth it! A nice array of sushi and sashimi, which was so super fresh.
Spicy tuna crunch roll is absolutely delicious, and the beef and broccoli was very hearty.
Also, if you decide to have a glass of wine, they are very generous with that portion as well.
All in all a great little restaurant tucked away in an unassuming strip mall. Worth the visit!

We stopped here during a road trip and it was so delicious! Their lunch specials are amazing – we enjoyed special rolls and classic rolls. I loved the spicy yellowtail roll. Our daughter had her favorite pan fried gyoza here and they gave her chopsticks for kids and a lollipop after the meal. It was a beautiful restaurant and very family friendly. The service was excellent and the sushi was fantastic – we’ll definitely stop during our next road trip! Thank you for a delicious meal.

Don’t know what this chef was thinking. Not sure why they completely mixed the sushi rolls and then put crunch on everything! We can’t see which roll is which, what we ordered and we don’t want crunch on everything. Complete waste of $100. Won’t be ordering again

A nicely curated Japanese restaurant offering very good sushi. I thought the soba noodles were very bland, and the squid, although it had a nice flavor, was too chewy. The service is very good, and all the rolls were fresh and full of flavor.

Sushi Soba is a lovely spot with free parking available. I highly recommend the ‘Secret Garden’ roll! The service is quick and efficient. While I haven’t tried their ramen or other menu items yet, the milk tea is delicious and perfectly balanced, not too milky like at other places. A great spot for a casual meal. (However, the tuna tartare and appetizers are a big pass.)

These sushi were fantastic! The salmon and avocado were exceptionally fresh and flavorful. The shrimp tempura was very crispy and with the eel sauce, it was especially satisfying. The presentation was also beautiful and I’ll be back next time!

Steamed pork dumplings were very good, not the tough doughy type some restaurants serve.

Sushi Soba is one of our favorite sushi spots! They are always so kind, keep a clean restaurant and the food arrives quickly. They offer great lunch specials too, though we often love to come for a sit down dinner.
They have a large menu and also serve alcohol.
We usually get a few rolls and my husband loves the shrimp pineapple friend rice. There’s always leftovers, as the sushi rolls are very large!
They are fast, efficient and delicious! If you’re debating trying it, definitely recommend you do!
