I’ve been coming to this Wing Snob for a while now, and I have to say it’s consistently a great experience. The staff here are always friendly and quick to help, and the store is kept super clean every time I visit. The wings are some of the best around — crispy, flavorful, and never greasy. My personal favorites are the Awesome Sauce and the Hot Honey BBQ — both hit that perfect balance of sweet and heat.
It’s also a great spot to catch a Lions game or pick up wings for a family get-together, football party, or tailgate. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, it’s just an easy, enjoyable experience every time. Definitely one of my go-to places in Richmond for wings. Great store!

I really like the food, it’s if you will get the food you ordered is the issue. I have received completely wrong food before and had to make the drive back to have it corrected. I have also had items missing from my order multiple times too. This is just a tipping point for me. I have a meal in mind and when I get home to find I am not getting what I ordered/payed for/expecting is just disappointing now. Latest example is I order fries with cheese and didn’t get it.
*General manager called to apologize and refund the meal. I know the missing cheese is a small thing but this was a small things after a series of small things. I will go back, I enjoy the food even though it’s not consistent.

Wing Snob never disappoints! Their boneless wings are always cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and loaded with flavor. The fries are just as good: hot, fresh, and seasoned perfectly. Great portions, fast service, and consistently delicious food. Definitely one of my go-to spots for wings!

I haven’t been to a place that had chicken that tasted so good! The Spicy OG was great and I loved the mayonnaise. And the seasoning on the fries… delicious! The staff was great, communicated well and had the order out in less than 15 minutes. I definitely recommend trying this place out!

Stopped in at Wing Snob recently and was really impressed! The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The wings came out hot, crispy, and full of flavor — you can tell they use quality sauces. The Awesome Sauce and Hot Honey BBQ were my favorites, but everything looked good. The place was spotless, and the TVs made it a great spot to catch a game. Definitely a go-to for football nights or just when you’re craving great wings and good vibes!

On a whim I stopped in to try this out. I was indecisive, but Jaclyn provided amazing service. She recommended the Boom Boom sando to go with my cauli wings and patiently read off the seasonings and sauces because I am blind without my glasses… and have had a bad day at work and my brain is fried. I’ll definitely return because I appreciate good customer service, healthy fast food options and my family loves chicken!

New addition to the restaurant choices in Richmond, which is great! Went here today as they just opened this past Tuesday. Establishment was clean & employees were friendly. I felt they were efficient at serving customers & calling out orders, which sometimes isn’t the case when a restaurant first opens. I only purchased two orders of six bone in wings with their Garlic Parm & their Snobby Q. I thought it was a bit pricey as it was $8.99 for six bone in wings. I believe they have deals on Tuesdays & Wednesdays, which I’ll be sure to visit on one of those days in the near future. Both flavors were yummy, my favorite being the garlic parm. The Snobby Q was sweet with a little zip to it. Will try their fries next time.
