I don’t see how anyone could complain about this place .
We have 2 other Arby’s closer to us and we always come here unless we are out of the city.
We are doing keto so Arby’s is out friend.
Always made great plenty of meat.
Great service.
The store is clean.
My son and I used to manage burger kings and rallys.
So we know what’s involved with running a fast food restaurant.
They have it together here.
Friendly clean quick.

I usually come to this arby’s every wednesday in the 9pm hour. Since they usually make the chicken fresh and it takes quite a while, I decided to schedule my order 4 hours in advance to be ready at 9:20. The order hadn’t even gone through and still didn’t until around 9:25/30 and still wasn’t ready until after 9:30. I was treated like I didn’t do something right when ordering even though I showed receipt and that I’d placed it at the right location. It had also already charged my card when I placed it. No one really tried to help me or find a solution except one worker who’s always nice. The other employees came off very rude to me. At the very least the food was good, except my lemonade which was 90% ice.

I went for a deep-fried gobbler sandwich since they just came out. I waited through five cars to be told they did not have the sub bun that the sandwich comes on. This is unacceptable the sandwich just came out and you don’t order enough buns to make the sandwiches very disappointed in this Arby’s on Fenton Road.

Ordered a BBQ BACON Burger…no bacon or onion topping. Honestly if you can’t even get the name of the burger correct then you need to be trained better. It wasn’t even busy. Staff clearly doesn’t care about quality.

I took my son for cheese sticks, and I had a slider. It was so hot and fresh and i was so surprised by how good it tasted. The cheese in his stcks stretched two feet. Very pleased

Arby’s used to be a good place for great food. This is one location that is neither. They are extremely slow, and don’t serve up the typical Arby’s quality.
For slow- 2 cars in drive through takes 20 minutes to get to window…
For quality- 1 missing food, constantly, and a beef-n-cheddar is supposed to have cheddar on it right??? ordered 2 and neither did. Burger king across street is better, and faster.

Absolute nonsense going on up there, made me wait for fresh jalapeño poppers and gave me cold fries. Like why not just drop the fresh fries as well?

If you can’t even make a couple of beef n cheddar sandwiches then you shouldn’t even be open or accept the order via DoorDash. Never in my lifetime have I not been able to get this sandwich from a place that should have roast beef available. I will never use this location again.

Stopped by for a late lunch.Greeted as I entered and had to decide what I wanted. Decided on the featured Brisket Bacon Beef & Cheddar. Person taking order was ok, the manager (I’m assuming) is a little fireball. Nice and chipper, always busy, seemed to know everybody that walked in. Sandwich was excellent. Had too many fries, should have got the small combo. Got a think you for coming in as I left.
