The food is amazingly fresh and HUGE proportions. I’ve read great things about this place and I understand how great the food is. I also enjoy the atmosphere of the place, very relaxing and clean. The staff and the cooks do amazing with their work. I’d definitely come back again and I highly recommend.

· all riverside pho restaurants taste very similar (no unique flavor)
· this one was also no exception as i ordered their large bowl for 14$ USD as of October 2025
· pho noodles were too soft (some strands broke off too easily)
· their broth tasted delicious (flavorful with the pho herb platter)
· meat quality was pretty average (nothing stood out but not bad either)
· but service was slow like a turtle… o.o
· their interior was comfy + spacious but it was very bright inside during the early afternoon with no blinds

This place was beyond great!! All of my food was amazing. The atmosphere is very chill. The portion sizes were generous. I will definitely drive back to Moreno Valley just to come eat here. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for delicious Vietnamese food!

Nice place to eat with family, our server just wanted to write down the order not quite friendly and helpful that’s why the 4 stars.
Food was pretty good, very flavorful our kids enjoyed their chicken pho soup, we order with no veggies, forgot to take a pic of their soup. We had chicken Curry soup, fried chicken and stir fried beef Vermicelli but I substituted the noodles for rice.
They have boba drinks made with fresh fruit, lunch specials and vegetarian options.

Best pho in IE. You know they ain’t messing around when they offer culantro with their pho, aka ngò gai.
Even their chicken pho is flavorful; which is rare. They also offer lean and fatty brisket options. Andd homemade chili oil.

The pho is good, I wouldn’t say the best I’ve ever had but I’d go back for it. It wasn’t as clean as I’d like, as far as broth is concerned but the meat was fresh and tender! Even the rare steak! It didn’t pack as much flavor, but worth it.
The eggs rolls are really good but they came out almost cold which doesn’t make sense since I got them after my pho. The lemonade was really good too, not too sweet but just right.

This place is excellent. I’m not big on Pho, so I get #39, which is steak and rice, the flavor is so good and it’s very tender and they are very generous with the portions. My husband and son gets the pho #8 and they say that is excellent. The fried tofu is excellent too.

This restaurant is a gem in Moreno Valley. Food is great with their presentation for dine in. I would recommend any of their fried rices and beef Spaghetti noodle. Also with any fried rice that you get, and you love spice, be sure to ask for the chili oil on the side.
