Nicely renovated old home turned into a restaurant. A well decoated fenced front yard with seating is great in the Summer. Live music on weekends makes it a fun relaxing place. Drinks are reasonably priced.

What a pleasant surprise! I didn’t know what to expect but the food was excellent. Funguy mushrooms were very good, reminded me of a clam strip (but were mushrooms). Burger was phenomenal. One of the best in Walworth County for sure. Seasoned fries were also very good. We’ll be back.

Wow, great atmosphere, great food, great service! Hubby and I had Curd is the Word (so light and soft cheese!) and Smashburgers – amazing! Everything is so unique and light, you can tell the cook takes a lot of pride in what he makes and everything is homemade and AMAZING! Can’t wait to go back to try more!!!!

It’s been a few years since I’ve had a burger at Papa’s, and I must say, it was delicious! Better than I remembered. I was also very impressed by the bartender who single-handedly managed to serve the whole bar and the tables too. I will be revisiting soon.

This is a place we discovered as we were going to another pub, but there was so many people that there was a much longer time to get a table never wanna wait more than 30 minutes for a table. So on our way out of the area, we noticed Papa‘s and went in and were fortunate to be seated immediately. Apparently, we got there at the right time because within a very short time, the place was packed and for good reason. The staff are all very friendly. We had the chick bites for a starter and they were delicious also had their specialty burger and all day egg sandwich which you can add a burger patty to. We both agreed that these may be some of the best sandwiches that we’ve had at any pub. Also, our server was extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I was also impressed by the young man who was a food runner and how hospitable he was, and I predicted to my wife Mary, that this young man will probably be president of a hotel restaurant company in the future. also, the bartender made a very good margarita and poured a good bourbon in the rocks.

We enjoyed the Thursday nite Irish music! Our son-in-law played guitar : ) Everyone’s food was delicious. I recommend the grouper sandwich. Our server was attentive but not annoying. Will definitely be back!

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed Papa’s before, we’ve been coming here since they opened and the food is always outstanding and the service even better. Last night Samantha took care of us outside in the lovely garden area with our puppy. The shaved prime rib sandwich and Flew the Coop sandwich were outstanding.

Cheeseburger was delicious. I just wish that they used dill pickles instead of bread and butter pickles. Overall a great place to have a drink and a burger with friends.
