The new building is bright and beautiful. Today was the opening day. Our server Christina was amazing. We also were greeted by a few managers as well and they were great. I’m so happy to have an OG in town. Can’t wait to dine here often. Our wait for lunch was very very fast.

The building is nice in the atmosphere was good. However, the food was not. And the service is some of the worst that we’ve had in a long time. Our waitress never brought anything in a timely manner And most of the time didn’t have what she was bringing correct. She seemed appalled that we wanted to order two appetizers. There were five of us in our group and they brought us this little bowl of salad that wasn’t even two servings. They explained to us four times how the salad work when we would ask for refills. The breadsticks were chewy cold and had way too much seasoning on them. when one of the meals was terrible When we told her she said okay and walked off. No apology. No offer to get a manager. No offer to do anything. She just walked off. Mind you, she hadn’t been at our table since before our meals had arrived so we were trying to pay and leave before we could even tell her. We finally asked to speak to a manager who offered a meager apology and said he was going to take it off. Then we had to wait 20 more minutes for that to happen. A decent apology would have sufficed. The experience was not great and we will not return.

Our waitress, Morgan, was absolutely amazing! She was funny, relatable, always on top of our drinks, quick to check on us. Food was amazing. Zero complaints!
