I really like this Jersey Mike’s Subs in Denver, NC. It’s always clean here, and the guys prepare everything perfectly, following all the right steps. The sub I always order tastes fresh and made just right every time. The staff is friendly, the place feels pleasant, and honestly, no other sub place even comes close. Highly recommend!

I have been working all day and was seeking lunch at 6:25 p.m. When I walked in, one dude was clearly disappointed a customer walked in. I ran to the bathroom to give them time to finish what they were doing and gave benefit of doubt. When I returned, neither of them even looked up, and one had earbuds in. Who the hell trains this staff?
This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. I love Jersey Mike’s in Sherills Ford, the two in Mooresville, and the one in Huntersville is solid. All great staffs. This one kind of sucks. I will never return. Neither should you. Rather give my business to a friendlier staff.
Crazy Update! I go to Jimmy John’s around corner and greeted with smile. I tell her about JMs experience and customer says to me: “They’re always miserable over there. I won’t go back.” So … go to JJs when in Denver NC.

So I went to get me a sandwich around 1pm today I walk in to order my food and the woman who took my order was not friendly at all her face and body language was if she were mad about something or she didn’t really want to be there today. I’m one of those people who hardly ever complain at all but this lady even when she was cutting the meat for my sandwich was a little aggressive and as a paying customer that don’t sit well with me. I understand we all have bad days or may be having a challenging moment but you should still stay professional when dealing with your customers. The other employees were cool but she was not pleasant at all. My sandwich was good though.

Food was fantastic but the entire staff was so rude to us. We were just trying to order three simple subs, no modifications, and get out. They all were condensing and acted like we didn’t belong. Not one to complain about this much but will not be going back.

The food was as expected I will give you that, but there were six people working and we had to ask them to come clean the tables when there were only us and another couple in the place at first.
I want to talk about how dirty the place was there was food slung everywhere and the floor was disgusting. Honestly we stayed to eat which why we started noticing. They were putting people’s food on the dirty counter versus the paper before check out. We won’t be back but do better, you are serving people food.

I do not usually do this but I had to let people know that there is a woman who works at this location who is so rude and unfriendly. I went in to get a sandwich at 11:15 this morning. Three people walked in the store in front of me and they were standing back from the ordering area looking at the menu and deciding what to get. As they were not at the front of the line I passed them and went straight to order my sandwich. She asked if I was with them and I said no. She looked at them and then back at me with what seemed like a death stare. They said go ahead we don’t know what we want. She had a look on her face like she was ready to fight me. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I thought it was just me but as I have read several other reviews of this location it seems that this unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional employee has numerous complaints. I can’t image more than one person fitting her behavioral profile working in one place so it must be her. My question is WHY is she still employed there???

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The woman working Thursday around 8:40 pm was shockingly rude and completely out of line. She scoffed, rolled her eyes repeatedly, and gave my young daughter a nasty up-and-down look that was both intimidating and inappropriate. When I simply asked her to split my sandwich, she slammed it down and aggressively cut it with clear hostility. There is no excuse for treating anyone this way, let alone a child. Management needs to seriously address this behavior—review your cameras from that time and do better. We will not be coming back.

We went to this location yesterday & one employee was sitting at a table while two others were working. That employee sitting got up, took our order and never once smiled nor was friendly. He was very awkward and it seemed like he didn’t want to be there. When we went to sit down I noticed multiple tables were dirty. If I was franchise owner I would not find that employee beneficial to the operation of that store. The attitude of employees who are in contact with your patrons should be professional and friendly. The demeanor of employee and the uncleanliness of this store makes me not want to return. So many better staffed places to eat.
