Excellent food. The salsas are beautiful tasty. But they do need help when they need waitresses. That’s why the 4 star and not the 5. But overall what counted was the food. Hot and fresh. And the salsas. O! and I’m not gonna lie and say that I found Flys or roaches just because I had a bad waitress.

The nicest people and the best food! You cannot go wrong with this place. Authentic tasting discada and delicious horchata. Morning coffee mugs are beautiful and give you a homey feeling. Passing through town from Abilene to NM and I called ahead 30 minutes away and they were just finishing bagging it when I arrived and they filled the drinks once I got there to ensure they weren’t watered down. Anytime I go through muleshoe I’ll be making sure I stop by!!! 10/10 recommend this amazing restaurant.
