10/10 experience here! The perfect date night spot. The green salsa was so good and we loved the key lime pie. I had the Tacos Sonora and the steak was cooked perfectly and the flavor was great! They also made me a margarita with vodka since I don’t like tequila. We will absolutely be back!

I stopped by Pure Taqueria Roswell and tried the Birria Taco and the Tacos Sonora—both were absolutely amazing! The Birria was rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. But the standout for me was the Tacos Sonora. They had just the right amount of spice, bold flavor, and balance that kept me coming back for more. This spot has officially been added to my top restaurants list. Comment and I’ll share more of my favorites!

I ordered the rice bowl with avocado & Ken ordered the special.. chicken enchiladas with mole. We also shared chips & salsas- classic and a beautiful salsa verde. The chips were delicious- not greasy and had some char, which was lovely.
The margaritas are great too – I had the classic and Ken added a floater 🙂

Third time and I would still go back. The lamb taco is delicious. The salsa is HOT and the chips is wonderful. Very relaxed and cozy. Our server was delightful.

We did NOT expect to love Pure! This was a spur of the moment decision and we are soooo glad we tried it. The ambiance is so relaxing and fun – all of the servers were friendly and laid back – the other patrons were as well – like walking into a neighborhood restaurant with our neighbors (except we didn’t know anyone, but everyone smiled as if we did). The server suggested the double barrel tequila margarita to my husband and even though he was a bourbon guy – he tried it and we loved it! Refreshing, light, and flavorful!
We got chicken enchiladas, chicken soup, and chicken sandwich and they were all delicious – again – fresh, delicious, and on point.
To wrap – the cost also was very reasonable.
2 thumbs up – 5 stars. Even the kids agree (and took photos)!

Modern place. Quiet place for your conversations in a busy atmosphere (what I mean is tables are well spaced out, we sat at outdoor, though all tables around us are occupied we could have an important conversation).
You enter from left entrance, lot of parking bit inside. Good options of seating for large groups, parties, occasions etc.
Mr Lucas attended us. He explained the dishes when we wanted more details. That is appreciated.
Food and beverages choices are ok. It seems they have a branch at Alpharetta as well. Let me explore that in future and post a detailed review soon.

The food was “different” than your typical Mexican spot, and that’s what made Pure Taqueria a great place to try. We had never been before and was wanting something “different” and we got it!
And if you ever go (this location) be sure to ask for Nikki…she was an AMAZING Server from start to finish. Thank you Nikki for our 1st time trying Pure Taqueria an enjoyable and special experience.

We drove by this place about 100 times. I thought it looked interesting with the upstairs area they added. We finally stopped by for a Saturday lunch. I’m not sure what kind of food I thought they served but I was surprised when I realized it was a Mexican restaurant. Inside was slightly busy and seemed kinda cramped inside the restaurant. We opt to sit outside. The menu had Little to NO pictures and the Entrees where written Spanish I assume because we had a hard time understanding the menu and confused on what to order. Finally we asked the server to explain the menu and she did. The server was very friendly and helpful. I also asked her what’s her favorite entree and what was popular. She said the lamb burger was a popular dish so my husband order that. He said his entree was just “ok”. She also mentioned that her favorite was the grill shrimp over corn cakes (I forgot the actual name of the entrée) however I ordered that and it was DELICIOUS! I’m a saucy person and love everything saucy pico, guacamole etc so this was the perfect dish for me. As we sat outside for lunch another couple came along and sat outside also and they had their dog with them so Obviously well behaved pets are allowed outside lol. We also order 2 cocktails. I personally thought the cocktails were over price and not off great value. Pure pass the vibe check and the food was good . However, I will revisit. My suggestion would be add pictures to menu. I would like to be able to understand the menu and what I am ordering.

Chicken sandwich 8/10 the bread was not good. I think they can make something different with that bread.
