Came here with my husband when we were spending an afternoon in Jasper. This place was great all around. They’ve got such a cute, inviting atmosphere that actually reminded me of a place I used to go as a kid. The staff was super nice and that sandwich was amazing. 10 stars!⭐️

Love Mr Subs. They are the best subs, we feel, in town. The prices are good. We like to order them when we go out of town. Just leave the sauces off and the subs travel well! No stopping at a gas station for Subway for us!

Disappointed 1st time visitor who normally loves greasy spoon mom-n-pop local places, esp after seeing many cars there for lunch. My $15 “steak & cheese” (+tea) felt no different than a $4 prepackaged sandwich I could get at the Gateway on the way home. Stale bread crumbling, hardly a grilled feel to the minimal meat (couldn’t even discern the onions), and weak watery condiments plus a limp pickle. The only silver lining was I liked the cool authenticity and friendliness of the clock-tatted lady. Place has ample parking and seating, does to-go, and a down home feel to it, but at the end of the day it’s about the food, which sucked.

The Reuben was fresh off of the grill and perfectly balanced, there wasn’t to much sauerkraut or thousand Island.

Happy with my sub. I got the tuna sub and my husband got the steak and cheese. I forgot to take a picture of their menu but they offer many subs. They also have burger/cheeseburger. They have a soup of the day too.
I had never eaten here before but didn’t expect there to be so many choices. Can’t wait to go back to try their chicken salad, burgers, and soups.
There is decent seating for inside considering it looks small on the outside. I definitely recommend trying this place.

This 2nd time visit was on a Saturday. Remember the mid 80’s Wendy’s “where’s the beef” commercial? Well, let’s just say my wife’s roast beef sub must have had my beef and hers! My steak & cheese sub had a thin portion of steak! Definitely not worth the cost I paid. I wish I had taken a picture to verify.
Wife and I agreed, her roast beef sandwich looked good and after she offered me a bite – it was! Mine looked like a sub sandwich from Subway. I will go again soon, getting the Super Sub as I did my 1st visit.

My wife and I had the Reuben, it was ok but it should be a $5.00 sandwich not $10.00, I think they buy the Reuben packets at Walmart for $.83 and charge $10.00.

My wife came in to pick up my sandwich and the lady at the register was very rude. Also I ordered no tomatoes and it had tomatoes on it. I asked them to heat it and I’m not real sure they did that. I have eaten at Mr.Subs for years and this worst service I have ever seen. I work with the public also. You may not be having a good day but damn sure better be nice to the people that keep your doors open!

Not a complete train wreck but it has gone down ever since the owner BOSS had passed away. Nothing seems the same since he has passed. The quality of the food is not the same and the service is atrocious. I did smell like Philly sandwich drenched in onions. Happy eating!!!! If you dare!!!! There was a girl that used to work there who had a clock tattoo that was always working hard and and she did it all with a smile.
