Located really close to the base, Pizza Hut is always serving good pizzas. I love their stuffed crust and the wings are unforgettable as well. They always come out with quirky new items so don’t forget those!

Was a walk-in, was the only person in the lobby, started to order when the phone rang and was asked to wait to order. Waited about 15 minutes while the guy was on the phone taking other order, only to be told to order on the app. I didn’t have my phone, don’t have or want the app and reluctantly he took my order.
Pretty sure he charged me for everything as much as possible, no special deals, then it took 30 minutes to get the 2 pizzas.
It has been awhile but $65 for 2 med Thin and Crispy, pepperoni, sausage, han, green peppers, onions, minimal cheese, and extra sauce seams a bit excessive.

I have ordered from this location a few times. Unfortunately this last time I ordered I ordered right before 10:30, it is past 12:00 and I just got my order. I called over 30 minutes ago to see what the problem was and was told they were using door dash. Not sure the reason behind this. But they need to adjust delivery time for this. My pizza sat for almost an hour before being delivered.

When I placed my order, I was notified by text that DoorDash would be handling the delivery. The Dasher did not have base access, so I attempted to contact the store for assistance. I was hung up on six times. On my seventh call, an employee answered, said “hold on,” and then left me on hold for over 30 minutes. And still no one answered.
I was calling to ensure our food would not arrive cold. My family of seven should not have to eat cold pizza due to poor communication and lack of customer support. This is the third time we have experienced unacceptable service from the DuPont location, which shows a clear pattern rather than a one-time issue.
This level of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Safety First
The worst customer service I ever received in my life. After snapping at me and giving me a attitude worth being violent over. I kept my cool just to recieve a horrible slapped together pizza with barely any sauce or cheese and non of the toppings I asked for. Ive been coming here for over a decade and ill never return. I came in around 9:30 pm . It was a skinnier older guy I think he was bald headed i don’t remember, but he was pissed because he was working alone. After hearing him brag about cursing at employees I see why he was working alone. Im pretty sure anyone who worked with him probably quit. Just fire that bad apple. There’s plenty of good people looking for work.

Into The void
We are here visiting from Illinois and we ordered here twice . The staff is so friendly and nice . We placed our first order august 26th , 2021 and the second one on August 28th. Everything was hot and fresh however there was a slight mix up but they immediately fixed it and we’re so polite in doing so. I really wish we had a pizza hut like this . Thank you for your pleasant atmosphere and fast service .

This picture is of a replacement for a small mistake last weekend. Not a big deal, stuff happens. The “manager” was rude to my significant other when we were ordering the replacement tonight. When we got the new pizza and saw that it had no cheese in the middle she called back on speaker phone. When he heard a man’s voice his attitude shifted. He coincidentally made this pizza himself so he knows it had cheese throughout.
Last winter I left the best review I’ve ever posted for the same store. I’m not sure what’s changed but we’re going to start driving to a store with better service.

My husband brought home the most delicious pizza I’ve had from a chain restaurant. We’ve ordered from here a few times and they always have the food hot and fresh. Every single one of the staff members are very nice along with a clean store. This is one of the best Pizza Hut’s I’ve ever eaten from. Even in California they were never this fast, fresh, and correct with every detail of my order. Thank you all! You all are amazing along with a great environment to order from. My husband didn’t give me any names because they all were wonderful. We will be back AGAIN! Oh and the Buffalo burnin hot wings are the BEST! Better than any wingstop in this state I’ve had.
