A store I’ve visited many times but won’t be back again. They forgot my mobile order, after my reminder, a male barista with glasses quickly made me a “latte” as shown in the picture (I noticed he didn’t follow the Starbucks barista standard when preparing the drink). I questioned him why there was no foam on the top, he arrogantly argued with me, saying latte doesn’t have foam — cappuccino does. Soon, he changed his story and said, “Look, isn’t this foam?” Can’t believe a trained Starbucks barista would make and talk about a latte in such an unprofessional way. I returned drink and already filed a complaint with headquarters. （As far as I know, Starbucks’ standard for a latte is: Espresso + steamed milk + ¼–½ inch of microfoam on top, and no foam only if the customer specifically requests “no foam”)

I came here to kill time and wasn’t disappointed. It opens at 5:00am so it suited my early morning needs.
I’m not sure if it’s new, but it sure looks like it. There’s a cute outside seating area that I would have used if it had been a little warmer.
The inside is bigger than most Starbucks I’ve seen, and is nice and bright, yet cozy.
I was greeted right as I walked in the door and helped right away. I had the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and it was pretty good.
Would definitely recommend.

Best starbucks location in the area. Always fast, very kind workers, my order is always accurate and made perfect. If I ever need anything changed they fix it for me. Drive thru is super quick too. The lobby and bathrooms are very clean and offer a baby changing station which helps me with my son. They also have high chairs so it’s very kid friendly. There’s also a large community table for board games and such which is awesome.

I always get the same thing when I stop at any Starbucks (Strawberry Açaí Lemonade with light ice and an everything bagel with cream cheese) BUT this location is terrible.
1st time – no cream cheese – okay fine.
2nd time – wrong bagel, drink had no strawberries, lots of ice, and just by the look of it – no lemonade. Had to come inside to get correct bagel and drink fixed instead of remade which still didn’t taste as it should be but slightly better. I had take as is b/c I was now running late to work spending time here for a simple order.

I asked for light ice in my drink and instead got the exact opposite — the cup was almost completely full of ice. Barely any drink at all. Pretty frustrating.

Been coming here consistently for six months now and it went from fine to bad. Consistently takes over 10 minutes yet when it’s ready there’s a 50% chance your mobile order for pickup inside is set off in drive through, and getting it proves a long process.

I used the app to do a drive thru order and it was fast and easy! I placed the order 5 minutes before I got there and went through the drive thru to say my name. Went up to the window and it was there ready to go. The pumpkin cream chai was very tasty, nice and sweet! If you don’t like sweet drinks then I suggest asking them to make it half of the sugar amount. The girl at the drive thru window was friendly and nice. I would go here again for sure.
