The service was great, as our orders were taken and the staff made great recommendations for us. My son was so excited to get rolled ice cream and enjoyed watching it be made. We got our treats in heavy duty to go containers that enabled us to freeze what we didn’t enjoy in the moment. I will definitely be back!

Peanuts come on the banana split. I tell the cashier my kid can’t have peanuts. My kid chose the 3 chocolate flavors they offer. He rings me up and goes to break. After several bites, my son tells me he tastes peanut butter. Apparently one of the chocolate flavors had tiny peanut butter cups. When I bring this up with the manager (just wanting them to be more careful in the future) she offers and refund and then begins to lecture me on how “I” need to be more careful and pay attention. This went from me only trying to bring it to their attention to a full on argument in the lobby. This was our first and last visit. Also, who serves raw fish and ice-cream in the same place?

Walked in with a group of people to an empty store, not one employee gave us the time of day, didn’t even look at us nor greet us. They saw us but refused to ask if we needed help or anything at all for that matter. It was very rude and cold how we were treated, or lack there of treatment to be technical. Will never come back.

Very busy as we arrived… and stayed that way. Polite staff and smiling. Not enough time for them to really get to the tables for a quick wipe, but sometimes folks leave a mess when they shouldn’t. It’s coffee and icecream people: Be courteous to the next guest. Wish there was more seating… it’s a nice break during the afternoon. Icecream and tea and coffee were good. I’m sure it’s only going to improve as the staff grows in experience. Thanks for the treat after a movie. We’ll be back. Oh… and for those looking for a nice “quiet” icecream and coffee shop… you’ll figure out it can be loud if all the staff are working on rolled icecream. Enjoy the delicious noise. I’m smiling as I enjoy my smores and coffee.
