Tequila is very rude! No customer service experience at all. I had an insta cart order this morning and my guest added on a coffee to just pick up for her. I was nice enough to pick it up for her with her grocery order. She was rude when I told her about the order and seemed confused about an online order then refused to make it saying no hot drinks yet when I returned for her order. How can you not get got drinks in the am ?!?? You should’t be open then. She gave us attitude the whole time huffing and grunting at us. Her hair was everywhere and barely put in her clip. Looked like she just crawled out of bed with drool on her face.This is a health hazard she should wear a hair net and have better hygiene habits she also needs to be retrained about customer service or fired!

Employee lied to me stating I couldn’t alter my drink due to company policy. I then while waiting called customer service who told me they have no such policy in place and that the barista who stated that specific statement was misinformed. I informed employee I’ve ordered my drink everywhere at every Starbucks the exact same way but she stated she “wasn’t willing to break company policy” this was all over the amount of ice in my drink…. Instead of arguing with the employee I’ll just leave a review and never come back..YES OVER ICE.

I personally would have given no stars if it allowed me to. The staff was rude and ignored me for 15 minutes before telling me they be right with me taking another 10 minutes to get my order. Wasn’t giving my discount when she said she did. Then when I requested my receipt she told me very loudly in front of everyone I don’t need to be rude. I asked about the items missing from their store she was rude. Got a very irritated tone. I have been going to Starbucks since I was 15 years old. This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The one in target has one employee and does better with a positive attitude vs. The 2 people who worked yesterday at your kroger Starbucks. It ruined my whole kroger experience. Kroger almost lost a customer because I almost turned around and went home. She belittle me, embarrassed me and treated me as if I was an annoyance. well I don’t get paid to go there, she gets paid to be there. Obviously needs a new calling because customer service is not it. I’ve been here multiple times in the past and this is the first time I felt this way however looking at the comments below it is probably the same staff. I just been getting luck. I normally go on Saturdays first Sunday I’ve gone.

We love having Starbucks at our Kroger. Always friendly service, and for a “pop-up” location with limited menu they still have so much!!! Love their seasonal flavors and the seating area at this store. So nice to meet people or just relax before a big grocery trip.

It’s a Starbucks. Honestly surprised there hasn’t been one open around Saint Mary’s all things considered. It’s usually fairly busy, so expect to wait in at least a small line. I’ve never had them mess up an order, but they are frequently out of different ingredients.

Don’t bother going!!! Waited 10 minutes before anyone greeted me or anything. And… they are out of the basic Staples make their best drink! Wasn’t even offered something different or a discount for not being able to make any of the first four drinks I asked for! I got stuck with a nasty drink!!
