First of all, I’ve worked in food service long enough to have sympathy for folks working in Super Bowl Sunday. But my sympathy has limits. I placed my order 1 1/2 hrs ago and it hasn’t even finished being prepped. I waited on hold for 20 minutes to get hung up on. I’m sure this is a tough service but you had to know this was coming, and you should have been prepared, because this is ridiculous and unacceptable. Worst dominos experience I’ve ever had
Update: called again another 20 minutes on hold, got hung up on. Again. Order finally left store at 9:10, more than 2 hours after ordering. Th store is 5 minutes away. It is now 9:45 and the delivery time is only getting pushed back further every time I check
Final Update: food has finally arrived 3 hrs after placing order, and almost an hr of transit from a store 5 minutes away. It is 10:02. The game is almost over. Jfc

MY FOOD WAS DELIVERED NICE AND HOT… BUT YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS, YOU ALMOST DIDN’T GET PAID… THE DRIVER DID WHAT I SAID NOT TO DO AND LEFT MY SON’S FOOD IN THE LOBBY ON A TABLE… LUCKILY, I POINTED SOMETHING OUT TO HIM ON THE RECEIPT AND HE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT THE POS… BUT PEOPLE BE STEALING FOOD, SO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE.

They forgot my blue cheese with my wings and when I called to have it delivered (I live 5 minutes away and it’s a mistake on their end, plus I paid for extra sauce and wings without sauce?? come on!) they said it would take 40 minutes. I hesitantly chose to accept the delivery but when I asked if they had my address they hung up. Needless to say, I did not get my blue cheese 🙁

This dominos is hit and miss. I have had good experiences where food was delivered timely and correct, but also very bad experiences, ranging from literal mold on my sandwich’s bread, drivers delivering to wrong address, and not following delivery instructions.

I live a twelve minute walk away and i went to the store asked them to cancel it and for a refund they couldn’t even give me a confirmation of my cancellation/refund. this place is a scam.

decided to treat myself to delivery, with a medium pizza 3 toppings, extra mushrooms, extra spinach, extra feta cheese. there’s definitely no feta cheese and barely any mushrooms. my deliver driver was 20 minutes late too, i regret the tip.
