We have been coming here for years, however we are done. The service over the past few months is hit or miss. Tonight we stopped in and the girl that was getting the ice cream was not pleasant. She wasn’t putting the effort in to make things the way they should be. She acted bothered about having to make anything. My daughter got a dish and it was less than half the size that it usually is. I got a blizzard and the one side was just vanilla. The other side had a little bit of the mix but when I stirred it , all the butterfinger was in the bottom of the cup. She didn’t make an effort to mix it at all. The person of front of us got 3 milkshakes and they were watery looking. We recently stopped at the Columbiana location for a fundraiser and their service/products was excellent. It a farther drive but one we will be making for future DQ visits.

My sister & I Love this place!! The people who own it now are great & the worker’s are beyond fabulous… They are kind fun they actually make You feel like they are so happy to see You. Not many worker’s make you feel like that!! This place is the best!!

I visited this site this afternoon for lunch upon arrival was not greeted the customary way you should but through observing the store it must have been delivery day and was mindful that the lady was also busy. I was told when looking at menu that there was no oil so only hamburgers and hot dogs could be served so I ordered a blizzard instead. I paid for order which came to $5.19 and left store as I had a corporate call that I needed to complete. Once I opened the blizzard it was definitely not correct in how it was made, it was essentially $5.19 of vanilla ice cream in a cup, I returned to the store and requested for my return of money as the order was not correct. The lady told me “you got what you ordered” I explained I did not want to argue with her nor did I have the time that I simply wanted my money back. She stated” We don’t give refunds” she never offered to make a new one and was unapologetic. when asked who the manager was she identified she was but refused to give her name and stated the girl in the back was also another manager but she would not have made the blizzard wrong. (Ridiculous I know and unbelievable that I am really having this conversation with this Manager) when asked who the owner was she refused to give the name or contact and told me I could call corporate and than proceeded to tell me that I was not welcome back at the location. I left I did call the corporate office to detail the events, however I am writing this review because as I left I realized that this type of mentality is why small businesses go under, they want the support of their community/or visitors but whether it is lack of proper on boarding upon hiring or lack of customer service training…you loose the ability to have growth. How I was treated this morning was disrespectful and unwarranted because the “Managers” clearly did not care about the the customer or the experience. I do not need a follow up from the owner as I see from the your previous poor reviews that they appear automated and insincere I can promise I will not return to this site. I would hope my $5.19 you did not return to me goes to provide some education on customer service with your team.

This place isn’t what it used to be sadly. Instead of the old-fashioned look I always loved with the train tracks above you, it’s now a modern look. The food was pretty much like normal, but the chicken tenders were extremely small. The employees were slow and they were walking around the place eating toast and watching the TVs. I miss the way it used to be

Just wanting to add to my review, the new store is really coming together and looks great but the staff is not the best. One in particular, I am unsure of her name but she is tattooed and appears to be a manager but is not very helpful to other staff when it’s busy and is typically playing around on her phone or talking about smashing store equipment that is not working.
Always make sure to double check your food, orders and paid for a 6pc chicken strip basket with BBQ sauce and paid for the extra sauce and no gravy. What I actually got was a 4 piece and no BBQ sauce.

The building is falling apart. I go here very rarely. Everytime I go here something is broken or most recently the ceiling is literally caving in and leaking everywhere.The prices are ridiculously high and absolutely not worth it. Also your food or ice cream will be served to you by a bunch of kids working for the summer out of school. No adult manager in sight.. this DQ is a 100% nope at all costs.

Disappointed in size of ice cream servings before they were even placed on the counter, I asked for my money back. Alex said no refunds. I asked to speak to the manager. She said she is one. I asked to speak to her boss. She left my sight, supposedly called Bill, who supposedly said no refunds. I said I had wanted to speak to him myself. She called again in my sight but out of earshot, and again did not let me speak to him. Returning to the counter, she said he had left it up to her. I said “Please, refund my money”. She again said, he had left it up to her, but added, whether she had the police escort me out! I had not so much as raised my voice, no curse words, no threats, just asked for my money back. Upon being threatened by Alex, I asked for fresh servings as those had been sitting out. She made some other comment about not losing her job over this. I took the fresh ice creams, said you apparently aren’t worried about losing a customer, and left. Over the years, our family has come to celebrate birthdays with DQ ice cream cakes. This has always been our go-to store, but never again.

Where to start. Got a number 6 plain. Took 34 mins to cook a cheese burger and medium fry.Went to get my drink zero ice. It’s being remodeled whatever something from ceiling leaking into a bucket on floor. Get competent contractors. Will never go back. With things going how it is it’ll be a dollar general in 2 months.
