The atmosphere of this place is phenomenal indoors and out. By the edge of the Fox River, it is very welcoming with Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, even some picnic tables available. Inside it is very tastefully decorated. The service was delightful and I really enjoyed my tangerine ginger tea! They have on a lot of different flavors of tea which I appreciate. I’m sure their coffee is good as well. I can’t speak to the food, but I saw a lot of tasty things on other people’s tables.

River is a staple in my coffee shop lineup. They are cozy, have outlets to plug in laptops, free wifi, and more. The food and drinks are great and fairly priced.
They also recently added onto their building for more seating! Overlooking the river is a plus. Such a great local shop.

This place is amazing! We drove past about a year ago and said “We should go there sometime.” Today was that day, we drove over 30 mins and would definitely do so again. The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming. There are separate rooms so it seems very intimate while also feeling comfortable. The barista recommended the matcha and I am so glad they did. Will be back for sure!

Absolutely love this place. The setting couldn’t be better in any season. Lots of seating. Great views of the fox river. Coffee is excellent. I love that I can visit it when I work in Wrightstown, and it’s places like this that make me wish I lived closer.

This is my favorite local spot. The baristas are truly the best—they are so nice and respectful, always receiving me with a friendly smile at the front. Even on rough mornings, their kindness makes a difference and helps turn my day around. Plus, the coffee is great! I highly recommend the Dark Chocolate Mocha.

I have an impression of what a coffee house should look, smell and feel like. And this place comes as closer to that perfect image than as any I’ve visited. This place is slathered in old wood, tin and comfortable upholstered chairs as well as gas fireplaces. Just enough Natural light fills the rooms. Just lovely. The coffee is not cheap but it is superb. The jazz like music playing was very pleasant but not loud. Plenty of places to sit. There’s a nice view of the Fox river and in warmer seasons you can enjoy your coffee outdoors. We tried a bagel which was a great value. Parking is very convenient. I will be back and I will spread the word. One other thing. The great room(tin ceiling) is quite noisy. Even with ony a few tables occupied. I find it less relaxing. I really liked the relaxing jazz music but it’s not playing most of the time.

A hidden gem – that is slowly being discovered. A beautiful setting on the Fox River. The shop has delicious drinks and food, a fireplace and quite the view. I meet people from Green Bay here regularly – a great half-way point from Appleton, a wonderful experience and a great small business to support.

New to town I stopped by in the afternoon for an iced coffee. What a menu! Not only coffee, but also some adult beverages. I already ate lunch earlier but the food menu looked delicious. I orderded an iced mocha and sat outside on the patio with a view of the river. Great place with friendly staff and wonderful coffee.

Cute & cozy coffee shop right off the river! Staff was very friendly. Egg sandwhich would have been perfect if the egg was a thicker proportion… it was the thinnest egg I’ve ever had in a sandwich and for the price that was a little disappointing. Coffee was yummy ☕️
