Stopped in for sandwiches it was 45 minutes before closing, everything was just messy. I will try again earlier in the day it was disappointing and I had to drive all the way back because my cookies I paid for were not in the bag.

Wife and I went in 1/2/2026 at lunch and ordered a Turkey Tom meal and A Vito. The Tom had enough mayonnaise to fill an aquarium (hyperbole) and drown all the fish. The Vito was Okay. The potato salad tasted kind of old. We called the store to try and see if maybe we could get a partial refund, or even maybe to replace the food. Instead we were told “this is the weirdest request I think I’ve ever gotten” and somewhat made to seem like we were strange for not wanting the Turkey tomayo-extravaganza. When mentioning the Potato salad, We were told “Well we make it fresh every day”. Well there’s not really any proof of that since there isn’t a “Use by” date written on ANY of the potato salads (photo included).
My wife became frustrated by the managers Problem Avoidance and misdirection and told her she (Manager) was just being a Jerk, and that we wouldn’t return.
All and all, Jimmy John’s has decreased in quality over the last few months. It was my 1-stop Sub-shop, but I think I’ll take my business a shopping center down to Firehouse subs. Atleast when I pay $29 for something, I know there will be quality.

Oh this Jimmy John’s is good.. always happy, friendly service. If you’re trying to decide between Jimmy John’s and Firehouse subs, go to Jimmy. John’s sandwiches are way better too, at least here in Lawton on cache boulevard..

I asked for a water cup to go with my sandwich and I was given a small paper cone cup (similar to what you got fluoride out of in elementary school or what is at a hotel gym – it is pointed at the bottom so it can’t be set down) and a rude look.
I understand problems with people stealing soda, but please offer a small clear plastic cup. I paid $10 for a sandwich and should be able to get atleast a cup of water.

This location is doing great because the bread was fresh, service was fast, and the people are friendly. Since living in Lawton, you will hardly find nice people so I was glad to have received great customer service. My Vito was perfect and delicious as always. Great job to the employees for keeping the place clean and making great subs, will definitely return!

Do not recommend the cuban you get barely anything on it. Worst one ive been to. It’s just a bacon sandwich sounds good but doesn’t taste as good.

Very disrespectful employees in there. They messed up my order and then accused me of trying to get a free sandwich. Their employees were very unprofessional and tried to make a YouTube scene out of the situation. Police got called.. they lied and said they voided my ticket and that I demanded cash from the till. Why would I do that when they simply owed me a sandwich they didn’t put in the bag in the first place? This whole situation was uncalled for and unfortunate since I do enjoy the sandwiches. To treat customers the way the “management” did there speaks volumes as to the character of the people they hire. Some of those employees were polite and quiet and did not get involved. Some of them though were lying and possibly trying to steal from the register by printing fake tickets.
