I replaced the meatballs on the Meatball Sub with Pepperoni instead. I even clicked “Xtra” and paid for that. I got 5 pepperoni. FIVE. Not to mention hardly any cheese. I usually do not complain..AT ALL, but this was absolutely ridiculous here. Who made this and thought to themselves “Yep, looks great! I only put 5 on even though they paid for extra, but 5 will do. Send it out.”. There is no way they could think someone wasn’t going to complain about that. I’m stuck at work and that was my hot lunch on a 12 hr shift. The manager refunded the money so I will give him that, but it’s the principle. Some people rely on deluvery because they cannot leave their job. I hope they talk to whoever made this and maybe even retrain. Doesn’t make me too keep to want to order again in fear I won’t get to eat lunch again. Super disappointing. Atleast gave 2 starts because I got an Italian Sub and that was okay.

Ordered a large pizza with an online promo. Was a good price and a good pizza. The pizza was pretty tasty. The online ordering was easy and went smoothly. It allowed me to pay at the restaurant, which I preferred. They followed my special instructions and the drive thu pickup window was convenient. The attendant at the window was pleasant and helpful, offering plates and napkins without my asking.

Donatos are always consistently good. They may be a bit on the pricier side but it’s worth it.
Got an individual pepperoni pizza and a big Don sub for dinner to share tonight and it was so good. There were loads of pepperoni on this individual pizza + lots of tomatoes and toppings for the sub
Splurged a little and had it delivered via doordash which was also excellent. I know you can get pizzas faster and cheaper from other places but the quality is what keeps bringing me back.

Felt completely disrespected. Walked in to pickup an order, guy looking right at with liking hair looks at me about 12 times ignores me I’m standing there for 15 minutes, tried to get his attention, still ignored, he’s stacking boxes facing my direction looking a me ignoring me, while my order is right there on there the ledge, he doesn’t say “I’ll be with you in a second” or anything just lets me stand there like an idiot feeling ignored and unwelcome here. Prolly something to do with those earbuds in his ears. Horrible experience.

Decided I would check out Donato’s this afternoon. Ordered the Large Pepperoni Pizza that was discounted to $10.99. Arrived a little early to take some pictures. The counter girl tried to check me out. The card reader didn’t end up working so she had to manually do my card. 5-10 minutes later my pizza came out.Got home and started to eat the pizza which seems like it was lacking on cheese. The crust wasn’t crispy at all. It had plenty of pepperoni’s on it. It had an okay tomato sauce on it which was probably the most positive thing to my experience. Will I return, probably not. Much better pizza all around Westerville and Columbus area.

Ordered delivery. There was no tracking on my food. It was delivered without any knock on the door or hand off. So food was just sitting outside getting cold. Food didn’t arrived at least 30 minutes after estimated time from website.

Will the manager has this ship running smoothly-he himself was very polite, smiled and even thanked me. I haven’t had a bad experience in years (years ago we stopped coming due to not getting the pizza’s right-not being ready on time and just in dire need of a complete overhaul). We got the Works Pizza and it was awesome-had plenty of toppings and cooked perfectly. The pizza sauce is a little bland and could use a little more spice to it, but overall a great pie. Thank you Will for making my experience a pleasant one!

The restaurant is always clean and the whole team is always friendly and inviting. Everyone works hard to ensure their customers have a truly wonderful experience.
