I ordered a small calzone with extra cheese and was charged for and received a large one with practically no cheese at all. My husbnd’s calzone was loaded with cheese (they put my extra cheese in his) and mayo. There was way, way too much mayo. $45 for two subs that were not what I ordered, plus a tip that wasn’t deserved. I could overlook these things if they weren’t so expensive.

So happy with the pizza here! I’ve gotten a few and they are always cooked to perfection. They’ve all had the best amount of sauce and cheese. The staff is nice and they are always super busy back there. This is our new pizza place. I definitely recommend pizza here!☺️

My sister has been coming here since she moved back in town and was raving about how good Sonny’s “fresh tossed dough” pizza was. Today I got to try it for myself. They are generous with the toppings; loading them to the very edge of the crust. Oh YUM!!

This place is amazing! The staff was beyond friendly and courteous. The place was spotless and the pizza is the best I have had anywhere in a very long time. The party pizza is huge and delicious my family loves their crust. We ordered and received our food in 20 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about this place, we will definitely be back!

Very disappointed in our recent order! This was not like Sonny’s usual pizza. Seriously lacking in cheese!! Just see the pics. When we picked it up I saw several pizzas going in the oven loaded with cheese, as they usually are, but ours was dry, very scant on the cheese, not even close to the edges. Just not good. We had to doctor it up at home with more cheese & reheat it. That’s unacceptable! I called & told them I was unhappy & was told “oh well maybe it’s just the oven & we have to pop bubbles if they form which causes cheese to slide off.“ Really??! Does this look like that’s the case? Or perhaps it’s just that it didn’t have enough cheese? Great customer service!! 🙁
The pizza sucked. Period. My guess is they skimp on cheese if u order the family deals. That’s what we got, a mega deal or something. NOT a mega deal!! I’d suggest not ordering a family meal deal as you’ll get subpar pizza, and apparently you’re stuck with it as they do not offer to remake it. So be prepared to fix it yourself at home. Unacceptable.

They used to be bigger Italians for the price but the turkey Italian i recently got the subroll was not that big and for $13 for what i got was not worth what i that, maybe they should charge $8 & $9 be more appropriate price or get some bigger subrolls cause i have been eating Sonnys pizza since i was in High School in the 90s and always loved eating there but over past couple years they have gotten smaller but cost more but thats just my opinion, my overall impression was the sandwich tasted great but small for price.

This kind of care for customers is rare, precious, and speaks deeply into the spirit of how all things here operate. For even that reason alone I highly recommend making this your place to go.

Ordered a Big Mac pizza and some Italians, one was ham and salami, one just ham. Was charged double meat for the sandwich, only got 1 slice of ham and no salami. The Big Mac pizza comes with tomatoes on it, even though there’s none on a Big Mac. I paid 60$ for this large “Big Mac” pizza, a small cheese pizza and 2 Italians. When we called to discuss the mistakes on the order, the employee said they have tomatoes on their Big Mac pizza and they don’t know what else to say and hung up. I will never spend another dollar here and I implore everyone else to stay away. Very below average food and ridiculous prices and the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time
