I did a take out order today 11 10 25 and I ordered almost a hundred dollars worth of food..they sent it by 2 separate drivers and they didn’t even bring all my food and the 2 drivers stood in my lobby and argued about who’s taking the money in front of my guests..I’m the manager here..I order from. Marcos all the time but I will never order from marcos again..I called the laverge location and the manager Brian that I didn’t get my family salad and pizza and he kept saying there’s nothing he can do and was very rude on the phone..and even though I have my receipts he refuses said since I paid cash he can’t prove it..he is very unprofessional and I spend lots of money here all the time for my hotel staff but believe this I will never spend another dime at marcos

Marco’s is already ahead of most other chain pizzerias, but this location in particular has shown to be a cut above even other Marco’s restaurants that we’ve visited previously. The consistently high quality food, and service that we’ve received leaves us impressed every time. The staff, and management have always done their best to provide us with a good experience. From mailing us a 50% off coupon, to crediting back money when we couldn’t get a coupon to apply, all without us asking for it. They’ve done right by us, and that’s why we keep coming back, and will continue to.

Well staffed, very clean, and reliably good pizza. The pepperoni magnifico is our favorite. Has some seating inside, and a spacious area in case you need to wait for your pizza.

The Christmas day pizza I had was absolutely amazing! I opted for an all vegetarian thin crust that was incredibly crunchy and perfectly cooked. It was also served hot and fresh, which made it even more delightful. Along with the pizza, I ordered a salad that was incredibly fresh and delicious. The young man at the counter provided excellent customer service and was very pleasant.

Normally love this place but yall have lost your minds this time. What is the point of making “XL” pizzas when SEVERAL slices = one regular slice?? I am pissed that I paid for a kids meal pizza basically. These slices are ridiculous I don’t know how you cut these and charge people as if they are getting more food!! Look at this crap and tell me if you think this looks like an xl anything! Literally 2-3 inch width slices but you get “12” so I guess that’s supposed to make it better? I then had to sit and watch my food just sit there with no customers or lines.. just shooting the breeze and not bringing out curbside orders. So I had to go in and get the food myself despite ordering curbside and checking in. I will not waste my time or money again.

usually my experience here is wonderful but tonight it was the worst experience of all the times I’ve been there first the person who’s name is Damarcus had a problem with my last name. He actually laid down in the floor laughing then he said im not gonna used that name use another one. I choose to use my husband’s last name. Then he messed up my entire order. The Food is good there but my family and I won’t be going back their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Do not go to this place guys DO NOT.
