4 times I have ordered here and all 4 times I have been massively disappointed by this location. Listen to the other 1 star reviews they are not lying if you order delivery from here you will wait over 2 hours and the order will probably be wrong. This is the worst dominos i have ever ordered from and i will definitely never order from here again. Take your money elsewhere.

Walked in to order some pizzas for the school choir event and Charles looked upset because I was asking questions. I asked him if he was OK because I sensed some animosity, because I was asking questions. He said he didnt have any before, but he did now, because I was asking. So I recommend just staying away from the place as it seems Charles doesn’t like customers and doesn’t like his job.

Ordered from this location many times for about a year and they are always SO GOOD! I’m honestly here because of all the negative reviews I’ve seen…we have a different order every time and have never had a negative experience at the 528 dominoes! The worker is so rude. I ordered for car pickup and waited over 30min but no one brought the order to the car. When I called the worker, he refused to bring the order to the car.
Also they wanted to charge me more because they were out of some toppings and replaced them with other toppings. Why would you charge me more if it is your fault that you are out of the toppings I have in my order and you even did not get me the pizza that I ordered in the first place?

Ordered delivery tonight and this is how the chicken alfredo showed up. It’s about 25% full. When I called to inform them, I was offered that they would make it again and deliver another one. A nice gesture, but not the point. What part of the quality checker meter does this fall under? What a joke. Was asked if I wanted a credit for a future order. Still not the point. Maybe a refund for this item? Nope, not offered. Lots of alternatives out there. They need to stop saying someone is checking their stuff for quality. Obviously not happening. Manager in charge tonight needed to refund up front and not act like it’s out of the ordinary to do so. Wonder how she would feel if this was her dinner and also after tipping the delivery guy (not his fault, but still annoying).
