First time here. We were ordering and when I was speaking to the cashier about what we wanted to order he must’ve been new oraybe just didn’t understand me it took 3 people just to take our order. The 3rd person was a female and she was being so rude kept rushing us as I was talking and interrupting as I was telling her our order. Bad customer service all around. We sat down and tables were dirty. We cleaned the table and when we got our food, I had gotten the surf and turf bowl. Well played good portion, However my daughter got the chicken tenders with rice and fries and my husband got the steak street fries. Low portioned and they actually felt sick after eating it. My daughters chicken had a lot of bones.

Been going to Rubios for over 25 years when they started out. I know what kind of service to expect and what kind of experience to expect as well. This location I feel has been a struggle since it opened up. The customer service has always been average to below average at times. This experience this time was the worst ever. Went back and forth with the supervisor about buying a catering size bag of chips and then she said they don’t fill to the top. She filled only a 1/4 full. I have ordered probably over a 100 catering bags of chips in my lifetime and they all have been filled to the top. She says they don’t do that and asked me to leave the store as she didn’t like my attitude. All this supervisor had to do was fill up the bag what I paid for and I am gone. This is could have all been avoided if the supervisor was all about the customer and customer service.
I hope the owner sees this review and no future customer has to experience what I went through. I have never been asked to leave at store or threatened by any supervisor anywhere in my lifetime like I was. I have sent messages on the Rubios website but have yet to hear back from anyone as this is a serious issue.

The food is great. I have been going to Rubios for a long time ever since moving from California. Each Rubio is about the same. I have found that the service will vary greatly. The food is pretty consistent.
I recommend eating here, it’s very good with great deals on their app.

I like this place for their seafood tacos . I usually get the two fish taco plate …and a Mahi taco or something…the food always seems to be fresh and flavorful
