Terrible Experience!!
1. Wait for like 30 mins to get food and not many people in the restaurant.
2. Then went home, this is what I got from the photo. Speechless….
3. I can’t eat the rice, tastes like chlorine, very bad quality, chicken is very dry.

One of our favorite Mediterranean spots, their bowls and wraps are so delicious. I love how customizable the bowls are and the variety of toppings. My move is a bowl with half rice / salad and half fries as the base, half chicken and gyro for the protein, and all the toppings. The fries are McDonald’s-level good imo. I also highly recommend trying all the sauces at the sauce station – my faves are the dill tzatziki and the cilantro jalapeño. Yum! Service was also great at this location, Namrata was patient and friendly answering all our questions 🙂

I’m giving this place 3 stars mainly because the pricing doesn’t match the value. I ordered the protein bowl today and it was almost $18, but there were only three small pieces of chicken in the entire bowl. The rest was just salad. If I’m paying that much specifically for protein, I expect a reasonable portion. There are other spots where $18 actually gets you a real serving of meat, not a few bites. The flavor was fine, but the portion vs. price leaves a lot to be desired. Not sure I’d return unless they improve the serving sizes.

I waited over 35 minutes for my order while the staff member who took my name kept staring right at me without realizing my food was already sitting there. she misheard my name completely calling out “Miberr,” never once checking to confirm if she got it right. My order sat for over 20 minutes for no reason. when they realized their mistake after I asked how long one has to wait for food l, they offered to remake it but I wasn’t gonna wait any longer.
When I finally got my bowl, the rice tasted off and there were barely a couple of spoonfuls in it. for $20, this was incredibly disappointing. Zero attention to customers, zero awareness, and overall terrible service. I won’t be coming back.
oh and the last nail in the coffin: they didn’t even include a spoon, fork, or napkins for a to go order. nice.

The Kebab Shop delivers a fantastic dining experience! I tried the falafel bowl with grilled veggies, and everything was spot-on. The falafel was perfectly crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside, while the grilled veggies added a nice char and freshness. The portion size was satisfying, and the overall taste was excellent. Definitely worth visiting for fresh and delicious Mediterranean food!

This place is very good. The salad is good. The rice and chicken is very good. It tastes like Iranian food. Yet it may be good Mediterranean food. The employees are from everywhere American Ukraine Mexican. We would like Iranian workers or Indian with them. It is very nice.

Food is very good. Chicken was tender and juicy. Marinade had a lot of flavor. The salad was also good, could have used a little more dressing though. It took a little while to get the food but they cooked the chicken fresh when I ordered it. Price is a little high for the amount of food.

Delicious and healthy option for quick service in Irvine. We shared a plate with two kebabs, salad, rice, and fries. We didn’t even finish it (portions are generous), but everything was flavorful and tasty.
The chicken is perfectly marinated and definitely not dry. The steak is even better. It’s grilled just enough to get the flavors without being overly cooked. The salad is lightly dressed and complements the meat. French fries are excellent and the garlic yogurt sauce is great for dipping. I wasn’t into the rice, but there is plenty of food so it was easily ignored.
The restaurant is clean and bright. There is ample staff so the line moves quickly and they clearly have a well practiced routine. I’ll definitely be back. ❤️
