Came in evening of December 20 2025 a couple minutes before 7pm. It’s 7:24 pm now & I’m still waiting on 2 Crispy Chicken Burritos. I made a mobile order and waited for a while before coming to the store. They’ve been attending to drive-thru while customers in the store are waiting. Their explanation “drive-thru is given priority over in-store pickups”. There are about 11 guys waiting in the store to get served, but they none has been served. Horrible service. I waited over 5 minutes before a lady walked up to me and asked what I needed. They kept doing their thing while people waited. Horrible service to say the least.

i love taco bell and their food, but today i went thru the drive thru and asked for a CHICKEN cheesy dipper. she even repeated my order back to me twice. got home and it was steak.

The vehicle in front of me had two party packs so I think 24 tacos. They had their food within just a few minutes. Then I got my two orders within a few minutes as well. They do a great job keeping the drive thru moving.
