Stopped at 5:30 to grab a quick dinner on my way home. Stepped to the register to place my order only to be told that they couldn’t take my order because they were TOO BUSY. I would think that during the dinner hour they would anticipate being busy and be staffed accordingly. They didn’t even try to apologize for the inconvenience. Never using this location again. I will drive out of my way if I want BK even though this location is less than 2 miles from my house and drive by it daily.

Now I know why this place is a low rated restaurant! Horrible customer service! The manager named Miranda needs more managerial skills!
Came back today (2/4/26 around 3pm) with my son. Changed my rating from a 1 star to five stars because of the manager named Jose. Unlike Miranda he definitely knows how to do his job and has very good customer service skills! I called this morning wanting to speak with the manager named Bria, but Jose was very understanding on the phone and apologized for the bad service I had with Miranda and told me to stop by to get my order I never received. I’d give him 10 stars if I could! We’ll be back again but only when he’s working! Lol

It was completely awkward ,weird, very I’m uncomfortable situation I walked in and there was pretty sure a manager and a bigger guy who was normal employee completely making out. First off 25 dollars for 2 whopper meals with small fry and small drink is absolutely ridiculous. Second cold shitty fries last 2 times returned them this time for new ones the LADY didnt say one word no im sorry no ill get you fresh fries took our shit fries walked away brought us new fries without saying one single word and now our burgers are gonna be cold. I made a mobile orfer for $4 on the app. Went to the location there’s only 3 cars in the lot and NO ONE in drive thru. I sat at the speaker for a good 3 min, and when I decided to pull forward on my own, an employee spoke in the speaker, telling me to tell me to reverse…..
My hashbrowns were old and stale, and so was my sausage egg and cheese biscuit.

Edit: It happened again! First time around I waited 3-5min before greeted by the worker (same worker from last time btw ) and pulled forward. They ran out of biscuits so they made it a crossoint instead. I looked in my bag and it was a small hashbrowns. I drove back around and waited another 3-5min at the speaker and the worker never greeted me so I just drove off.
Next time I will storm inside and act like a Karen since yall don’t feel like working
