We sometimes come to this Papa John when we’re in carrollton. We placed an order for pick up, forgot to add that we wanted extra sauces. We were helped by a worker named Tori (hopefully that’s how it’s spelled), and we asked her for the sauce we forgot to add to our order. She was rude, grabbing the sauce for us, but just being rude towards us. She told us that next time we have to add it to the order, which is totally fine, we get it, and she aggressively grabbed it from the bucket, threw it into a bag, and aggressively tossed it onto the counter. Afterwards, she said, and I quote, “I’m so tired of giving out free shit.” and she said it very aggressively too. She could’ve told us, yes but it’d be blank amount, charged us for it. She could’ve said no, quite literally anything else but get aggressive and rude over some sauce. She clearly needs to be retrained on customer service, coming from me, my fiancé and our friend who all work in a high stress customer service.

I’ve been here a couple of times and I haven’t had issues until my most recent order. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the food is usually good but my most recent order wasn’t cooked fully. I took a bit and felt (and saw) the raw dough stretch as I pulled back. Generally good place but I would ask for a well done pizza if you actually want a cooked pizza.

Two words: hair nets. I work in food service and run a restaurant and would never allow that much beard hair or hair on your head…ever…gotta net it. Product is good…fix the hair issue.

Driver rang door bell and left pizza on the ground and booked it to his car while ignoring my husband trying to get his attention. The order was completely wrong. We called and spoke to the manager who immediately had an attitude. She agreed to have the order remade and sent back to us and when asked for an estimated arrival time she responded “well it’s Friday night and it’s busy.” Order came another hour later, ice cold with the receipt from another customer still in the box. When we called the manager back about the situation she made excuses and then told us she did not have the district manager info and hung up. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

Honestly, I feel like this Papa Johns gets the order right most of the time when I come in and order a pizza with bread sticks. Sometimes the order can be wrong but the employees are willing to fix up your order like ours. The pizza I ordered was covered in BBQ, and also had pineapples included too. The pizza overall tasted very delicious, and it had a little tangy taste to it. The bread sticks were the best part, it tasted like they actually made it fresh from the grill and then put it into the oven. The service was amazing and I had no complaints whatsoever. The building is clean most of the time, and avoids being filthy and dirty. I’ll come back eventually!

My order took 1 hour 45 minutes before it was delivered, not even delivered by a Papa Johns worker, but delivered by a door dash person, who complained about the tip. The order which was $90+ was cold of course (pizza and hot wings). When I called them to see where my order was the person said they was not sure where the delivery person was, which didn’t make sense to me and of course the tracker app did not work. I hated that I spent that kind of money for cold pizza and cold wings and it was like rubber but of course we had to put lots of garlic on it and eat it anyway cause that what we had. I also tried to call the store after the order arrived and no one answered my call (they didn’t want to hear my complaint) so i am adding it here.
