Extremely impressed with the portions. The last couple times I’ve had chipotle, they’ve skimped on even rice. So it’s great to see there are places that still give nice portions, along with quality tasting food. I went through the drive through and the food was out immediately. I did have to knock it a star because I found a hair in the rice. But overall impressed.

Chicken was raw. I got sick. I called the restaurant three days in a row, no answer. Called customer service. Was told I’d get a refund. 15 days later and still waiting. Never got a call back from the restaurant. Did get an email from a district manager, after I’d called the health department and an inspection was done.
Update: today is January 9. I was promised a refund 37 days ago. Still nothing. Today I got an email offering me two $10 free entrees. NO. I paid over $30 for dinner- which again, MADE ME PHYSICALLY ILL. They offered this because “they tried and just cant credit the debit card I used.” It is a business. If a business takes credit cards, they can credit a credit card. This has been the WORST experience! They absolutely refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes.

1st time visitor had Lunch date with my kid. Don’t ask for sample; Before you purchase your food. Even though they have toothpicks to offer it. You will get a dirty look from Little old lady. She was mad rolled her eyes. Didn’t bother me I laughed it off.
My sons orange chicken and rice was delicious. I ordered teriyaki chicken young man was cooking. He was making it fresh when I walked in. Felt like my chicken meat wasn’t seasoned at all. so when I put the packet of sauce on it made it worst. The interior decor was clean and modern. Maybe I’ll just try something else next time. My kid enjoyed it so thanks.

Today I ordered takeout on my way home from work.
As we are eating our dinner, I suddenly bite into something very hard. So I spit it out and it was a BONE.
I attempted to call and let them know, they picked up the phone fairly quickly, but asked if I could hold, they didn’t place me on hold, they just put the phone , so I kept hearing them talking/working in the background.
I waited like that for over 15 minutes, gave up and decided to just leave review instead.
Very poor customer service.

So today I wanted to get panda after a long day at work . I pull through the drive thru and order a plate of chow mein/super greens +Kung pan and broccoli beef .Tell me why when I open the plate at home I get white rice (the employee didn’t say anything about there not being chow mein) and a whole bunch of broccoli and exactly ONE PIECE of beef , literally one piece??! If the employee said anything i wouldn’t have ordered in the first place since I love chow mein it’s the best part of my order tbh.

Absolutely awful, my fiancee and I just got the bigger plates, food was absolutely disgusting. The fried rice is tasteless,the chicken was just god awful, old, chicken egg roll was old and disgusting. Will most definitely never return to this establishment and will most definitely spread the word, do not order food from here, how they are in business is beyond me, most horrible restaurant experience in my 38 years

We did door dash twice with this location the first time the food was really good. And the rice was hard. I thought maybe it was maybe the time of getting the food. Now we ordered a second time and the rice was so hard and old the portions of the chicken was horrible sucks when we spend 50 bucks each time and food is not good at all.

I wish i could just give this location 0 stars. Don’t go here if you are on your lunch break because you’ll spend about 40 minutes on the drive thru and there isn’t any way to back out or drive around to get out. Absolutely horrible service.
