10/10 would recommend! The service was absolutely incredible – I had the chance to chat with Ruth and Riley. They were so friendly, professional, personable and knowledgable about all the products which made the experience that much better. My friend and I tried a few drinks from their Valentine’s Menu and some of their food items – both were delicious. I will definitely be back!

Ryan, the owner, makes an amazing Vietnamese-style iced coffee. He mixes sweetened condensed milk with half and half—it’s creamy, slightly sweet, and super smooth.
My favorite flavor is hazelnut, which is brewed fresh from the bean, and the roasted flavor really comes through.
On top of that, his customer service is superb. He always greets me by name and starts making my coffee the moment I walk in—I don’t even have to order it. He treats every customer like a friend, which makes the whole experience even better.

Food looked great and nice menu. Had to stop in for a quick coffee, was treated to seeing the brewing section in the back and got great service for the hazelnut coffee! Pastries and everything looked great with cozy sit down table options. Parking in the rear and easy off the highway. Thanks!

Really enjoying the coffee! Their blends are fantastic. Been using their beans for espresso and pour over and am extremely happy with their flavors. Loving the French vanilla and Pumpkin! Got an espresso from them and they did not disappoint. Always friendly quickly has become my roaster of choice!

North Babylon Bean never disappoints! I recently had their avocado toast with an over easy egg on top, and it was absolutely delicious. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee or tea. Highly recommend!

Came to do my work needed a change of pace for my day… The cashiers/baristas were very friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is cozy and casual. Despite the mild cafe noise and the music, the atmosphere was light enough to get my work done peacefully and productively. Not to mention their delicious food. The pictured drink is the Sunset Green Tea. I found it to be the perfect mix of sweet summer treat and the soothing slightly savory tones of a green tea. I would recommend this place several times over.

I come here often because my wife likes the coffee, but my experiences with the food orders have been consistently frustrating. I usually get a burger, and more often than not, my order is wrong. In the past, I’ve gotten all the way home only to find a completely incorrect burger (like a pile of onions when I specifically asked for no onions). I’ve had to call, drive all the way back, and exchange it—never a pleasant experience.
Because of this, I’ve started double-checking my order before I leave, even though it’s wrapped up in a to-go container. Today, I ordered a burger with no tomatoes and even verified the cashier’s written order slip to confirm that tomatoes weren’t selected. When I checked my burger before leaving, there were tomatoes.
When I pointed this out, the cashiers just stared at me blankly and said, “Accidents happen.” No apology, no attempt to fix it, no offer to remake it. I ended up just taking the tomatoes off. The second cashier then had the audacity to say, “Well, next time, ask for it without tomatoes.” I did. The written order slip confirmed I did. Am I supposed to remind them to double-check their own instructions now?
Mistakes happen, sure—but in the service industry, the right response is to take responsibility and fix it. Not blame the customer for a mistake that is clearly on your end. Absolutely ridiculous attitude. One star.
