I was out showing homes this morning and stopped for a burger for lunch. This is a great bar. It use to be the old bowling alley. But like everything in life times change. The owners spared no expense in the build out. Great food, lots of tvs with all the sports on, full bar, arcade games. They even have a golf simulator. The onlyth8ng missing is a stage for a band. I wish thsy would have live music. This place would be perfect! One of the special things about Lakville is the charming downtown. I sell a lot of homes in Lakeville and have lived here almost 30 years. It is really a great community. Impressed with the small details! Wing’s traditional were spot on, both sauce and texture. 8 piece is the single order and it’s enough for me hungry with some fries which are also badass and stay hot on the table. The dressings are also made here no doubt as the bleu has offered delicious cold chunks of glory in every dip cup I’ve had. Amazing!

Ordered the full rack of ribs and they were literally falling off the bone! They were kinda plain (no seasoning), but they were good! Madeline was super friendly and did a FANTASTIC job! The sides were kinda small, but tasty. Overall it was a good visit – would recommend it and will be visiting again!

I never do reviews, I lived in Texas for 15 years, so I have had some bbq. Baldy’s was amazing. Ordered ribs and brisket. I could tell the minute the server set it down it was going to be amazing. You could smell the brown sugar, spices just wafting off the ribs. They were thick, very meaty ribs, cooked perfectly falling off the bone, clean. Highly recommend!!

Their staff had gone above and beyond to help us with a problem last December when our planned company party ran into some difficulties. They did everything they could to rectify the situation and were more than accommodating with our needs and requests. From the owner personally helping us to get things straightened out to their staff working through a large, unexpected group showing up, they were excellent and professional with how they handled the situation and everything still turned out great. Highly recommended!

Tailgaters never disappoints, but this last visit was especially awesome thanks to Alyssa behind the bar. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a smile and kept the energy high all night. Her drink recommendations were spot on, she was quick with service even when it got busy, and she made everyone feel welcome.
Whether you’re there to catch the game, hang with friends, or just unwind after work, Alyssa makes the experience that much better. Friendly, fast, and clearly knows her craft — she’s a total pro. Can’t wait to come back!

I went here, this new place, just about a month ago. It was a very good experience. Baldy was there, so I talked to him about his bar(he also owns Baldy’s BBQ in Lakeville). It was “Wing Wednesday” so he told me about their BROASTED chicken wings. They were EXCELLENT. BIG, juicy, tender wings. The sauce & dry rub I choose were very tasty. I also had the pulled pork loaded Nachos. Another HOME RUN! The Pulled Pork was tender & juicy, with a smokey flavor(of course), expect no less from Baldy! Chips were fresh, crunchy, cheese sauce was real good, with fresh tomatoes & jalapeños too! Oh! Almost forgot the Fried Pickles! Very good also! Nice selection of tap & bottled beer. Friendly & attentive bartender. I forgot her name, sorry(short brunette). They also offer virtual gaming. 2 giant screens that interact with you. As well as video games to play. They have FREE “cornhole”/bean bag toss gaming. FREE giant size Connect Four & Jenga gaming. Some of the long tables are made out of the old bowling alleys wood lanes. Which I thought was pretty cool also. Baldy’s Tailgate Bar is spacious with a great atmosphere. With great food, beverages & service. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND going there! Enjoy the food, friendly service & stay for the games with relaxing atmosphere. Great job on your new place Baldy! Homerun in my book. Thanks again!
