2. Service: The service was poorly managed. When our food was served, no plates, spoons, or forks were provided. After requesting utensils, we were only given a spoon. When my husband asked for a fork, the server brought it in one hand while holding a mop in the other. Similarly, plates were brought out the same way, which felt unhygienic and unprofessional.
3. Food: The food itself was not authentic Mexican cuisine, and it was overly salty to the point that it was hard to eat.
Overall, the experience fell far below expectations. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the service and quality for future diners.”
