Snuck in right as they opened. Good food. Have only had the pulled chicken and holy moly sandwich so far. They were good. The bacon there is out of this world!

Little different dining experience where you seat yourself, order online, and pay right away. Staff very friendly. I liked being able to order and pay in one go personally so when we were done eating, could leave without waiting to pay. Food was very good and BBQ sauces came on the side so could put as much or as little you wanted. Excited to see how this restaurant grows!

Food was not great, service was incredibly slow, and there were no drinks/refills (only canned soda and small bottled water).
We had 8 people order at the same time. It came out about 2 people at a time spread across 20 minutes. Almost half the group was done eating when the last finally their food.
The food itself was not good, though some was decent (sweet potatoes were great). The smoked chicken tasted like they used about a gallon of liquid smoke on it – might as well have eaten it out of an ash tray – no other flavor at all. Two of the sandwiches were so smothered with their house mustard that you literally couldn’t taste anything else. And the brisket was fine, but very lacking in flavor. Unfortunately, the sides and the sauces were the best parts…
And the real kicker on all of it was the drinks. 10oz water bottles were provided and the only other options were paying vending machine prices for cans of soda or bottles of water. It was annoying at best.
Long story short, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone whether you typically like barbecue or not. If you typically do, you’ll be disappointed. If you don’t or aren’t sure, you probably won’t like it.
I won’t be a return customer.

Never again! Started out by our server listing what they were out of. Which seemed to be a lot. Small portions. Never brought my beverage till the food came out. Mac and cheese was cold and overcooked with 0 flavor. Cornbread tasted as if it was made 2 weeks ago. Amd who in the hell serves cold bbq sauce? Best part of my experience was leaving!

This was my first time eating here since they reopened, and I loved it! I had the brisket and a cup of mac and cheese, and my mom had the Ruben sandwich and some coleslaw. Both meals were absolutely delicious, and the sauce was flavorful and rich. I’m glad to be eating here again!

A group of us met at Crossroads. Food was excellent as was the service. I brought home a deconstructed rueben sandwich for my husband. He’s enjoying it now. I only wish that when eating in, the containers/silverware were recycled or non-throwaway. I really appreciated the setting and the ability to hear others and the generous space between tables!

I had Crossroads cater my wedding reception and I could not be any happier with their service and can’t recommend them enough to cater your events. They made everything completely stress-free for us, Abby did a great job serving and all of my guests including myself and my husband were really happy with the food we received especially the brisket it was super popular with everyone. Everything we ordered was delicious and with their steam table stayed warm the whole time. They have a great selection of sauces and you’ll definitely find at least one favorite.

The meat was tender and juicy, but that’s about the only positive. I used to love this restaurant a few years ago, so I was super excited when they reopened the new dine in location. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be returning. The food was incredibly bland and everything was lacking seasoning. The macaroni and cheese was watery and lackluster. The white bbq sauce was good, but I don’t have much else to say on the positive side. Sad to see one of my favorites has lost it’s spark.
