We had an event yesterday for over 100 people, and Bobby went above and beyond to help us figure out the best options for our order. When the restaurant ran out of plates, he even made sure to purchase some himself so everyone could enjoy their meal comfortably — such amazing service!
I was so grateful for his help and the extra effort to make everything run smoothly. I actually ordered again today for another event, and Bobby remembered me and made sure I was completely satisfied with my order. Truly excellent customer service and delicious pizza! Highly recommend this place!

They do not honor their advertised business hours. I just went here at 2am and not only were the lights turned off early, the staff was rude by showing they clearly wanted me to leave and didn’t want to service me because I didnt have a call in order. I drove out of the way looking for late night pizza and it was a waste of time. Rosatis built their name on being a late night eat spot but I guess times have changed. They should update their business hours to reflect staff preference.

I had the worst service experience ever. I ordered garlic bread, but they gave me a cheesy 6-inch footlong instead of the one listed on the menu. I called them, and they told me it was just a $5 order. The people and service I encountered were the worst I’ve ever seen.

Ordered online, called the store to find out delivery time. Person on phone seemed irritated, but he answered my question. Food showed up quickly and still hot. The pizza was good, it was the double crust. It wasn’t anything special but still good. Maybe next time I’m in town, I can try the deep dish. Let me know what is a hot item, I’ll try it!!

$7 a slice seems expensive at first but it’s well worth it. One slice is enough to satisfy and they never dissapoint. I usually hate most chain pizzerias but this one is consistently good enough to make an exception, this place is top notch.
