They charge for extra sauces. I asked for an extra sauce and they have an extra sauce .25 cent charge policy. No signs and no information available about this policy. I placed my order through the app, if I would have known that at the window they would charge me extra for sauces… I would have placed my order in another location because in the app itself… there is no extra charge for sauces. You can order on app up to 10 sauces of the same flavor for $0.00 (see photo for reference) just do this if you want extra sauces for free like they should be. you’re welcome.

Anytime we come in at night, the lady at the drive through always has the nastiest attitude. We waited there for 5 minutes before getting acknowledged, then when we finally do get greeted it’s with a disrespectful “what do you want” we then get ignored while placing our order for her to take the guest on the other side of the drive thrus order instead. When we said something about it, she started threatening us. So we left. Don’t know what her issue is, but maybe she shouldn’t work there if that’s how she treats customers. Especially considering this isn’t the first time we’ve dealt with her attitude here. Super disappointed and I didn’t even get my nuggets.

The little kiosk they basically make you use to order doesn’t print a receipt. So then why does the machine tell you to take your receipt? And only briefly flash your order number.. How are you supposed to verify what you actually ordered? Especially if they get it wrong? And then they only call out the order by order number which of course you don’t know cause it was only given to you for 2 seconds on the screen. So I sat there waiting for food that was ready. Not that that little act makes a difference. It’s time to do better McDonald’s.

This McDonald’s has always been ok or bad. Today was a new low though. I ordered 2 mcflurries and 2 combos with large fries. The mcflurries were half full. The cup is already tiny, but being half full it had maybe 5 bites worth of anything inside.
The Large fries had less inside than medium fries, but again looked barely half full.
The employee who brought it out for curbside pickup was nice enough, but this all looks like someone was eating out of my bag before they realised it was supposed to go outside.
Atmosphere: it’s not really the layout to enjoy a family meal inside, but it’s clean. The ‘whatever you’re supposed to call it problem’ is no longer an issue outside, big improvement.
These attached photos were taken before I even touched my food. I had to take off the lid on one so you could even see the ice cream.
Update: updated the atmosphere description and gave more stars for that and service.
Still receive half full fries so often, I’m pretty sure this McDonald’s has me flagged when I place a mobile order

This is your typical McDonald’s, with all of the usual Menu Items, quality of food and level of customer service.
I have to hand it to my Cashier Caleb, who was wearing many hats the day of my visit (as I assume they were short staffed). Caleb did a nice job in serving me. Thank you kindly Caleb.
With $20/hr. employees which has driven prices way up, (all thanks to Governor Newsom, who thinks this category of then minimum wage workers deserve a higher wage than the rest oof us), you may as well eat someplace else.

There usually good here and the wait isn’t too long. I have not gotten cold food here like at the one in Santa Ana off 1st Street next to taco Bell. That one has its bad times. The fries can be addicting. There fries are almost always good. Soft with just the right amount of salt. Usually. Till give them 4 stars.

It is not a dislike with the food or the staff, but they should do something with the tomato sauce policy, if the combo carries potatoes, by logic, tomato sauce arrives because they never put tomato sauce in the bag, the logic.

Honestly this McDonald’s has really bad service. You could be so nice and patient and straight ignore the counter and make out wait a long time. I ask for a refill and the guy had me waiting over 5min and never came back.

Ordered delivery. Order was sent to Uber by McDonald’s. Order was not delivered. Called Lucy the manager at warner HB location. Lucy basically told me that I’m out luck. My bank account was charged and I have no food. Uber and McDonald’s are stealing people’s money. What a scam.
