Great Sushi at at fair price with great service. Located right next to the Updike room, EG hotel. Eat at Raku and then walk next door for the best local music on Main Street. Also across from man street coffee for great martinis and social gathering.
The hibachi iand the sushi rolls are great, and the sushi rolls are very reasonably priced. Bar is good size with a couple of TVs. They also have take out. Perfect location

Menu has a wide variety of Asian foods, and (surprisingly) all are wonderful; highlights: flaming scorpion bowl cocktail for 2, sushi is fresh, steak hibachi is cooked med rare, and gyoza is delicate but crispy. (Mongolian beef is very onion-y.)
There’s a large bar with fun lighting and tv’s (but they’re not in your face), and lots of booth seating.
Staff is very friendly and remembers us. We love coming here for a relaxed delicious meal, and highly recommend it!

Great sushi quality. Generous portions and good pricing. Got a to go order but used the restroom when I arrived since I was heading to a park and all the staff was friendly and it was clean.

We visited with a larger group and the food did not come out for 35 to 50 min and came at different times for everyone. We also had a birthday and the waitress was very rude and did not want to be there that night and took it out on us. The sushi was very good which was my only positive thing I have to say.

Great hole-in-the-wall place! From outside you can’t tell how big it is, but there’s plenty of seating. Sushi bar was huge and everything looked super fresh and well kept, clean. Servers were super nice and helped a lot in recommending what was great off the menu based on what we would typically order for Chinese/Japanese. They can also adjust the spicy level for foods which is great to know!! Highly recommend the Thai Mango, Hibachi dinners, the sushi, and crab rangoons! The white peach Hana sake was amazing. Will definitely be back!!

have been getting take out from this place for a while and finally sat inside for a family members birthday and even with a party of 9 the service was fast and impeccable. have not once had a problem with this place through delivery or pick up either. defiantly one of the best asian places around and had no problem with us bringing a cake and brought a gong over for the birthday girl to hit! additionally their pad thai is to die for and the sushi is not only affordable but delicious

Wish I could give more stars. DoorDashed 2 chicken hibachi dinners with mushroom soup and a side of rice and noodles (for my little one). The portions were awesome and the flavor was even better. The chicken was sitting in a yummy sauce so I used the yum yum sauce for the rice. The chicken was extremely tender. I have been to many hibachi restaurants and I found my favorite. With delivery there is always some type of disappointment (left out item/cold food..etc) but Raku Sakura didn’t forget anything and our food arrived hot&fresh. Even the bag our food arrived in was super nice!

Good sushi restaurant right on the main drag in EG. One of my favorites in Rhode Island. Due to the location, parking isn’t the easiest, but not too much of a hindrance, either. I really liked the avocado salad – there was quite a bit of avocado on it, not just a few slices. The fried ice cream was great, too. Drinks here are inexpensive and not watered down, either. Would definitely recommend.
