Saw this place online and decided to give it a try, and I’m really glad I did. The banh mi was amazing and honestly made me feel like I was back in Vietnam. The flavours were spot on and everything tasted really authentic.
Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re craving good Vietnamese food. I’ll be back to try their other offerings!

Great place for supper. 24 hrs! Very nice toasted banhmie. Crispy and not dry. Huge juicy portion of roasted pork with lots of crispy vege. It’s delicious. Great place to relax in the night listening to Vietnamese song while watch people with their international girlfriends. Not a fast food chain as chef really make it with effort. Coffee is nice too. Will like to try the lor bak next visit.

100% authentic Vietnamese food. Closest to what you get in Vietnam!
I’ve tried so many places which claims to be “authentic Vietnamese food”. I can’t verify the authenticity but the flavors and ingredients used at other establishments are not from Vietnam, which doesn’t make them authentic in my personal opinion.
However at Miss Saigon, the taste and flavor you get is so similar to what I had in HCM. The smokiness in com tam, the “egg meat loaf”, they even have thinly sliced pork skin.
Banh mi was 200/100. Crispy and fluffy baguette, exactly what you get from famous spots like Banh Mi Huỳnh Hoa. Generous amount of protein, ordered 3 types, chicken, roast pork and grilled pork, all were filled with wayyyyy more protein than veg. That kinda threw off the balance in each bite. Would be great if more picked carrots were added to cut through the greasy and dense cuts of meats. But overall I’ll still return.

Be a decent person
Tried the grilled pork banhmi it came with ample amount of meat, baguette was crunchy and came with pate and a good amount of fresh carrots and cilantro with a dash of mayo. That was tasty. The pho ga was not bad, pho was refreshing but meat was a bit chewy, the soup is a tad sweet for me, just like the lemon tea. I like the place, would wanna come back to try out more stuffs.

I watched a YouTube channel exploring this fairly old building – Orchard Plaza whereby various food and shops were introduced. Miss Saigon Singapore was flagged as a “die-die” must try authentic food stall. So here we go….
Location – It is about 8 mins walk ♀️from Somerset or Dhoby Ghaut MRT stations. So it is convenient and gives lots of options shopping ️ in Orchard after you are done eating.
Staff – Very friendly, lady ♀️. It’s just her and another gentleman who does the cooking . Very smiley and was happy to belt out ️some recommendations. She took our orders , gave us our drinks and the beeper .
Restaurant – Ok this is one of the downside of things….. Way, way too small . Inside, you can only seat like 4️⃣ pax (See my pics and video ) and then outside, strangely enough, you can find another 2 “empty” stalls that have their tables and chairs for you to sit and dine. How does this arrangement work? I have no idea ♂️ but I ate my Miss Saigon under the watchful eyes of Hing Chong Watch ⌚️ LOL
Food – I wanted to try a few other dishes but they were either sold out or not ready. So strictly on the Banh Mi , this is where I’m gonna tell you that it is really, really good. Between good to great and great to Awesome, this is at the Awesome Level ! The baguette was so nicely baked; it was crunchy and fluffy! The ingredients they used were really fresh and plentiful. It was also stuffed to the max!
I also ordered a fresh Spring Rolls and 2 Ice Coffee . Spring roll is also jacked with huge fresh prawns and the coffee is just like what you will have in Vietnam !
Pro Tip :
1. They are open 24/7
2. They have another outlet at Ang Mo Kio called – Banh Mi Saigon
3. Be prepared to have your food taken away due to limited seats. ⏳
4. I saw a group stand around the bar tables and eat. (Why not?)

My husband and I stopped by for lunch, and we loved it. We’re big fans of Vietnamese food, and honestly, their bánh mì is excellent—no exaggeration. The bún thịt nướng comes in a huge portion, easily enough for two. And the cà phê dừa is a must-try. This spot is definitely a hole-in-the-wall gem!

Awesome Vietnamese place located in orchard plaza.
We got the roasted pork banh mi. Banh mi was extremely crispy and light, with generous amount of roasted pork. Roasted pork had a good balance of fatty and lean meat and was crispy and not soggy. Pate was rich and flavourful as well.
Banh mi was 10.90 if im not wrong.
The beef noodle soup was unique. It tasted like a blend of tom yum soup and beef noodle soup. The chili they gave on the side was exceptional. Chili had a good kick to it, was spicy and sour. There were lots of umami flavour to it.
Vietnamese coffee was a little too sweet to my liking despite ordering zero sugar. The coffee however was extremely rich and creamy. They definitely used butter in the coffee. However, it might get too overwhelming and jelat at times.

The viet milk coffee is so strong we thought there is liquor inside. Banh mi is nice and crispy with alot of roast pork. Not cheap though prob can’t eat often Want to try their other dishes next time

I had the pork Bahn Mi at $10.90. I would rate it as a 7/10. Not my best bahn mi nor the worst. Looks like I discover this eatery after the prices have hiked. For $10.90, it’s Orchard Rd pricing. That bahnmi crust is crunchy (love it ) … just don’t eat in your office. The pork is substantial but not crispy. The fresh veggies need improvement. Scallions in the bahm mi. Really ? I can’t find the coriander!
Actually I wonder how such a small eatery comes up with such a wide array of dishes. Jack of all trades, master of none.
The seating area is cramped. So I will not bother to sit around here.
I think the food here OK but not something I would go crazy over or raved over with friends.
