Not sure of one of the young ladies name but she had pink hair workin drive thru. Shes so friendly & upbeat! Love her! Kayla (assistant manager) is such a doll! We ordered food and got home. On accident we’d received the impossible burgers. Some love em, but we aren’t a fan. I called up there to see if we could get our order replaced next time. We didn’t have receipt. We bypass the BK by us to go to this 1 because their food is ALWAYS hot, fresh, & the staff super friendly! She replaced it no questions ask except what was the order. She didn’t have to do that without a receipt! We eat there twice every week and get the same exact thing. We love the staff, food, cleanliness of inside & outside. The 1 by us is great to but sometimes the fries aren’t. Noone likes cold fries lol unless under the age of four. Ty Kayla, young lady with pink hair, & your entire staff! Yall do a incredible job & def are underpaid. Fast food staff are ALL absolutely underappreciated, underpaid, & dont get the recognition & thank yous they deserve. Work a hard day, kids fighting in the backseat, baby had u up all nite sick……whatever! Its these people that make lunch dinner breakfast whatever, a WHOLE lot easier for us all! Be nice, smile back, say ty, tell em great job or you appreciate them. They deserve it!

Visited during the lunch rush on a weekday and nearly half the staff (all the females) seemed to take a break at the same time leaving just a couple guys left to work the grill, drive-thru window, front counter and attend to online orders coming in. The staff working were friendly but were so overwhelmed that it took a while to even be assisted at the counter to even place an order. Thankfully we were in no rush and right before we left we seen the female staff that were present when we walked in but disappeared right after conveniently return after the lunch rush was over.
The food was good and our order was correct but the Rodeo Burger isn’t what it use to be, it looked more like just buns then a burger. We do recommend the Mozzarella Fries which were delicious.
The interior was clean and the bathrooms were surprisingly clean. ♿ There is a male and female single stall restroom which is great for those that are in a wheelchair and need assistance. Overall I’d say this location is handicap friendly but the entrance can be a little challenging since you have to manually open the door while pushing a wheelchair through it. There are multiple handicap parking spots directly near the entrance.

We primarily went to try the Addams Family meal. Which included the Wednesday Whopper the Morticia kooky shake the Gomez churro fries and the Thing rings. Made a order through the app for dine in. Our order was 100% correct friendliness of staff to go out of their way to get us any condiments or utensils we needed was very nice. Food was fairly hot everything was freshly cooked. Overall cleanness in the restaurant was probably 3.5 out of 5. Seemed like the tables were wiped off but not chairs/seats.
As far as the Addams Family meal goes. The Wednesday Whopper was just a normal Whopper with Swiss cheese instead of American cheese. The purple bun is a purple potato bun. The Morticia kooky shake was like a chocolate shake & very poorly mixed brownie batter. It was meh. The Thing Rings were the normal onion rings. the Gomez churro fries would have been much better ate hot and fresh for sure.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, asked for cheese on both, paid for cheese on both, failed to get cheese on either. Incompetence doesn’t get more blatant than that – adding a slice of cheese to a sandwich. And people want to raise wages for those who can’t add a slice of cheese to a sandwhich? What should someone get paid for that inability? Maybe your order system needs to emphasize/flag orders that have add-ons beyond the default so it’s more noticeable. This is exactly why robots will take those jobs. If a human can’t do that…

I’m generally not a huge fan of BK, but that spicy chicken sandwich is really good. Ranks up there with Popeye’s, if you’ve tried one of those. It was fried perfectly – still juicy, tender, and crispy even on my 20 minute drive home to Guthrie. The fries were crispy and nice, too. It took a little while to get the food, but the manager apologized and upgraded our combos to large for the wait, which was very nice. Had a great experience!

Let me be honest, if you are short staff don’t turn off your outside business lights and close the lobby. Only drive thru was open at 8:30 pm 04.06.21

The same employee with dreadlocks who was smoking outside goes in and makes food without changing gloves or washing hands.
We watched it all. I feel sorry for the person who invested in franchising this location.
No common courtesy about I should wash my hands before making food for customers. Very Bad !
I hate sharing this however people need to be aware of it and hopefully the operator will do something about it.
