Besides the 2 older women that work there , the rest of the staff is in there phones constantly and have to be snapped out of being zoned out into there phones. Then give attitude like you didn’t place an online order 10 minutes prior to walking in on top of standing there in front of him for 3 minutes while he watches YouTube videos.

They messed up the order and gave us bacon egg & cheese, instead of egg & cheese sandwich. When we tried to call them to let them know and correct our order, no one picked up the phone. We tried calling several times. Poor service, irresponsible management. I would give them a zero star if I could.

The food at this Dunkin was quite enjoyable, offering a satisfying range of flavors. However, the service left much to be desired; there were only three staff members on duty, and one of them was taking a phone call, which slowed down the overall service pace.
Additionally, the atmosphere was not very inviting. The parking situation was challenging, as there was limited availability outside, making it difficult to find a spot. Inside, the dining area was cramped, with very few tables and chairs to accommodate guests comfortably. To top it off, the cracked tiles added to the sense of neglect and detracted from the overall dining experience.

It was my first time here, just came cuz I was near a friend’s house. The frozen coffee was amazing but I thought it was super bazaar that there weren’t ANY garbage cans outside to throw away ur cups or containers?! At least one would be great. Other than that, excellent service (very courteous staff that paid attention to the little details regarding my order… Not many places actually do that which is a shame but this location and the staff DID! ☕☕☕

Rude, lots of attitude, and unwelcoming. I ordered a frozen coffee from this location and I noticed it was leaking. When they gave it to me I realized the whole cup had a crack on the side. As soon as they gave me my order both workers went to the back. I kept saying “excuse me” and “hello” to get their attention for approximately 10 whole minutes before anyone came back out. When 1 worker came out I showed them the crack and they switched the cup but did not say anything did not even apologize. They knew the coffee was leaking and didn’t care to even see what the issue was. It was such a simple thing which could have easily been fixed, but clearly, they are just there to earn a paycheck rather than provide half decent service.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst it is privately owned and they never have a variety of donuts or munchkins and the service is SLOW even if you order on the app you get there and there is 4 employees staring at you but none of them are moving to get the coffee ready.
I’d say only stop here if you need a desperate cup of coffee stop here, otherwise go down a few blocks to the next Dunkin.
